The parking is a issue. When I come home in the evenings there are never any spaces available. I?ve been having to park around the corner. There is a car parked that has not moved in two weeks. That could be a space for someone to park.
We loved living at the Grand Reserve. It was extremely quiet. Maintenance was timely. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Grand Reserve is a great community. Aesthetically very attractive from the outside after an upgrade in recent years. The facility has great curb appeal. The staff is professional and rapid to respond regarding just about any issue. In all my years of apartment living, Grand Reserve, Managed by MAA is truly outstanding and has one of the greatest service departments with rapid turn around and follow through that I have ever experienced. The clubhouse is beautiful, the pool and hot tub area is breathtaking and the work out facilities are state of the art. I am very pleased that I chose GR as my home after relocating to Kentucky for work.

The apartment was clean and in great physical condition when I moved in. The staff in the office has been helpful and always pleasant and courteous.

Great staff and maintenance. Never a major problem and always responsive. I would rate a 5 if amenities were upgraded- a little dated at this point as compared to other properties, but I'd recommend Grand Reserve.
It has been a great experience so far, the staff is very friendly and work orders are targeted promptly. I do wish there were more dog bag/trash cans throughout the property that are accessible without walking in the grass. Many people still do not clean up after their dogs especially around these waste bins so I have stepped in other people?s dog waste several times!
It has been fairly good. Few issues with parking and extremely buggy in all the grassy areas.
Everything about my time at Grand Reserve has been positive. The office and maintenance staff are all kind and prompt. The (very few) service requests I have had, were all taken care of very quickly. The complex is extremely dog friendly, to the point where my dog expects a treat when he sees one of the maintenance golf carts. It?s a safe, clean, and beautiful apartment complex. I would absolutely recommend Grand Reserve.

I think the property is beautiful. Maintenance and landscaping do a great job. Everyone that Ive encountered in the front office is great as well!
Exceptional maintanence response for repairs in my apartment. Decor of apartment needs some updates, grey tones. Also the outside structures needs a lot of work. All railing has rust peeled off paint, stones loose from buildings.
Convenient, friendly, safe, clean, has an attached garage, next to the Veterans Park, close to shopping centers, easy access to highways, has excellent amenities, timely response to concerns, maintenance issues by property management.

Its all good in the beginning but once you start living here you realise there is a fee for everything.. you want a car access card, your garage door, etc you name it and you pay for it. And best is when u leave they make you pay for the changing carpet in the house with no such agreement. And of you disagree they threaten you with collection calls and hit your credit. Nevey recommend. Best avoid this place.

I recently had my car broken into on property here. Many people have their vehciles broken into here. Do not leave valuables in your vehicles inside on this property. The gated community aspect of this property does not matter apparently. I, along with many others, have learned this the hard way. After my car was broken into, I asked some of my immediate neighbors if this had happened to them ever while staying here. Two of the five neighbors I had asked informed me that they had their vehicle broken into within the last year. Less than 3 weeks after my car was broken into, my friend that lives on the other side of property had his car broken into. They stole his firearm plus other items. This is ridiculous. This property needs to combat this MAJOR issue. They could resolve this problem with more surveillance cameras, or even better would be a physical security guard during night, which they could easily afford. They will lose my business as well as many others business if they do not attempt to fix these issues soon. It’s been going on for a while and all they say is “Sorry, there is nothing we can do”. Ridiculous. What’s the point of a gated community?

This apartment complex is NOT worth what they make you pay!! The apartments are old and run down. Also, they say they are "pet friendly".. they are not! First, they will rip up the carpet when you move out and make you pay to replace it! While my husband and I lived here, they called his place of work to complain about his work vehicle sitting out in front of our apt! They didn't even bother to contact us first. I wish I would have never moved there!!! I'm so glad I've moved out!! Never again will I rent from a MAA owned complex!!!!

We never caused any trouble and always paid on time. We weren't trouble makers and treated all of the property with the respect and appreciation of someone who is just visiting. The respect and appreciation was not reciprocated. They will get their money one way or another.
Great community with beautiful apartments, nice pool, tanning, free movies and pet friendly.
