I have been here for 10 yrs and the maintenance is great they take carevof there people Renee,Jennifer, Ruthie are great. Carlos. Leo are the nices guys they cleaan up after they get done and they do it right the first time i renewed my lease for another year we will see if longer wish i had my own parking spot i even referred two people to live here they did so i would like my own space thank u

I haven?t had any issues here. I do wish the complex was gated in efforts to keep the garbage situation under control and to keep non residents out of the pool area. The apartments could be updated for the cost of rent. Management and maintenance are very friendly and responsive.
Easy process to move in. They fix things quickly. Staff is always friendly. Only issue is appliances are older and cabinets not always the best they are flimsy and the molding comes off easily. Well maintained grounds.

The facility personnel are very accommodating. I have had three service calls in the 10 months I have resided in the apartment. The response from the office staff and maintenance staff has been exceptional. Overall the apartment community is quite with no resident issues. the only issue is the complex that I reside is lack of available parking close to the apartment.
My living experience at Indigo Point has been pleasant. For the most part it's a quiet community with nice views , beautiful landscaping and spacious Apartments. The maintenance and front-office staff are the jewels of the community. Front office staff is always quick to respond to any concerns and maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure issues are taken care of the first time. I am a third-year resident with intentions of signing another year with Indigo Point.

I like the enviroment i like when i have any problems with the apartments resolve so fast, the only points dont like is how calculate the use water fot any apartmets i have family of 3 on june july im alone in the home ,not stay home all day and i pay more water than pay regular, i ask in the office and she say is calculate by buildings not for apartments i think this is not goos method of paid water
It’s great you don’t even have to be a resident to use the pool. Been to two parties for our kids this summer, no one from the office seems to care. They have a covered area to decorate and keep stuff dry. They have a sign that says 4 guests for each resident but no one we were with today even lived there so bring your kids over, nicer than a community pool! Jaminica D.

Awful. My bedroom closet ceiling and connecting wall occurred a leak after last years hurricane and began to expand and grow mold to the size of a softball, the roof was patched a week later, unfortunately per my online and verbal request the mold was never taken care of or cleaned up. The AC unit was about 15 years old and constantly broke down, and my bathtub faucet constantly leaked and was also never fixed. Garbage disposal was a constant battle- mountains of garbage piled up in front of the broken compactor on a weekly basis, absolutely horrendous. Another thing worth mentioning is that my car was broken into while parked outside my building. I would not recommend this place.

Positives: The staff is nice and friendly, maintenance is fast and efficient, the neighbors are fairly quiet, and the complex is neat and clean. Opportunities: The complex is extraordinarily outdated, and there appears to be no plans for upgrades, which is disappointing as rent has increased. The appliances appear to be from the late 80s/early 90s; the closet doors seem like they're made of tin. The apartment space is average (not big, but not too small). Perhaps the biggest opportunity is screening of the second floor balconies. For some odd reason, the first floor balconies are screened, but not the second floor, which is a testament to how outdated the complex is. All other complexes in the area appear to have 100% of balconies screened, which is almost essential given the Florida climate. Unfortunately, due to the heat, wasps, lizards, and mosquitos, I have not been able to enjoy the balcony space I rent every month. Given the age of the interior and the open-to-the-elements balcony, in my opinion, the rent is $100 more than it should be. If you're looking for the basics circa 1989 - 1995, this is a decent place. If you're looking for modern day basics, you may want to consider other options, along with this complex, to be sure you're getting the most for your money.
My search on apartments.com started for a down reason. I was separating from my spouse and needed somewhere to go. The staff at Indigo Point quickly turned this into a positive experience. Apartments.com had provided me with tools to pinpoint apartment by price and location. I was shopping three months before I planned to move. Most other apartments were turning me down because it was too soon to know what would be available when I wanted. Indigo Point uses the technology to know in advance what is available and helped me to get exactly the place I wanted at one of the best prices in the area. The first neighbor I met has lived here 7 years! Hope I can be that guy to a newcomer 7 years from now.
For the budget minded individual or family, this is a fantastic neighborhood. Centralized within Brandon, the apartments are affordable, offer a great view of lakes. Situated just off a fairly trafficked road, the complex is just far enough back that you don't really hear traffic (the occasional sirens during holiday seasons when most people like to cause accidents!) I've been here for just under three years, with most of my maintenance issues caused by the age of the building. The neighbors are friendly, the complex is pet friendly (the ladies in the office LOVE to give their furry residents treats!) The only caution I offer - is because the complex is relatively old, it is subject to wear and tear and you may see yourself having to submit multiple maintenance requests. With few exceptions, all my requests were completed same or next day!
Enjoy a quiet environment that offers amenities ranging from tennis courts to raquetball and swimming pool to fitness center. The view of the fountains is quite serene.
I am extremely happy with my apartment. It was spotless on move in day. All my requests were responded to promptly. Building is very quiet and neighbors are very respectful. Grounds are beautiful. Location is close to stores I frequent. I am very content here.
