Do not opt for the Express cleaning expecting your carpet to actually be professionally cleaned s indicated before they decide you have to pay to replace it. Apparently, it is totally at their discretion.

I have lived here for 5 years for several reasons. This property is so immaculate. This staff is so amazing. My unit is so quiet with wooded views a few steps from the trails. Indian Lake Village is where we are. You can do errands, several of them in no time. Everything is here. The buildings are solid and there is no noise at all. It's such a peaceful haven. They installed smart home equipment for no charge. Apartment homes can be controlled with an app. They did upgrades yet we were already current, so if you like black as I do you can have that or they have chrome appliances as well. The maintenance team: one day service and friendly like family. This is just the very best place I have ever lived. I'm from Los Angeles, so I'm an apartment type...yet this is like a home. I got a random call from the leasing consultant, Jennifer, a day or two ago just to see how things are going and if I'm enjoying the property/ are things okay with my unit. So friendly! I know one day I will get a home, yet I could see myself living here forever. They have every amenity possible. This place is just cool!

ago I have only left 1 other review ever but my family's experience at Aventura has been horrible and we wish we would have listened to the horrible reviews. We unfortunately couldn't tour the apartments prior to relocating from another state. When we got there the apartment was filthy, we addressed the major issues with maintenance which is the only decent aspect of this facility. We have complained to management regarding our experience with the tenants above us who have been nothing but trouble to which nothing was done. The last straw was the upstairs tenants flooding our apartment because they let their washer overflow to the point of water POURING into our apartment and didn't call maintenance until the washer was ankle deep in their apartment. We were expecting a manager to contact us for the inconvenience considering we already had shared our concerns with them but I can't even get them to call us back. If you are expecting a park that they advertise, don't get your hopes up, it isn't kept up and the grass is full of dog poop so they can't even go play there. The trash compactor has been broken twice in the 6 months we've been here, there have been dumpsters overflowing and the other area to throw boxes has been overflowing with broken furniture and boxes, the door has been broken off,and we are have to live in that area. We were going to wait until spring to find a house but considering management does not care and the assistant manager that I just spoke with did all but hang up on me and tell me she would have a different manager call me is the reason we are not waiting. She was nothing but rude from the beginning. I did not give her any reason to be so rude, we are the ones that have had nothing but issues since moving and we have been so patient with them. After the management called back, we found out that even though our apartment flooded because of the tenants upstairs and all of the issues we have had with nothing done to address our issues by management, they are refusing to waive our termination fee. So pretty much stay and live in an apartment that is falling apart and will have mold on top of having to throw out some of our belongings because of water damage and not get reimbursed by management in addition to paying extra to terminate our lease. I wish we would have listened to the reviews.

Aventura is a nice, clean, and centrally located apartment complex. The property staff are great and I don?t usually have any problems but if anything goes wrong the maintenance team are very prompt, friendly & efficient.
Wonderful place to live. Clean well maintained. The only problem is there is a major problem with parking. It?s really a problem especially if you come home after 6 pm. There are no spots. Something needs to be done.

The property is well maintained. Always looks very nice. It is quiet and well lit.While there?s lots of activity, it isn?t loud and doesn?t interfere.
I love the location and then apartment. It is easily accessible to the rest of Hendersonville and to downtown Nashville in just a few minutes.
Great, friendly staff. Quick responses to concerns and questions. Grounds are kept very clean. Pool is great, although the gym could use some updates. All in all, I?m very happy here!

Whatever you do DO NOT move to this community. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Awful staff and management. Staff gave out leasing information to neighbors who we had a tremendous noise issue with, countless Sleepless nights and management does not care about their residents . They told me that I had to deal with noise until our lease was up. Neighbors also left dog poop at my door and staff still did nothing. I will not rent from another MAA owned community again. Corporate is also useless. Courtesy officer also would not come out for the noise issues. And to top it off after we moved out they are threatening to put us into collections unless we pay $600 To replace the carpet (which was 3 years old) and in fair condition being we only leased there for 10 months and they sent this all in an email . Cheap apartments with paper thin walls , and awful neighbors. Don't waste your money!!!

Love living here, great community and we are close to everything. It is a bit pricey but honestly aside of that there's nothing really to complain about. The apartments are spacious, the kitchen my favorite spot! Love the maintenance team, they are always getting things done in a timely manner, the longest we've ever waited for a ticket to close was 3 days (definitely wasn't something that required immediate attention)

We just moved here about a month ago and this is a new state and new city for us. We came in and everything was really easy the management was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very nice has a great open lay out. My only critique so far which you kind of should guess before you move in is the sound of the traffic from Indian Lake Blvd. Other than that great management, great apartments, and great location. We really like it so far.

I've been living in apartments since 2011. I've lived in a different apartment every year. I'm so stinking picky (not a bad thing though) about where I live, I want it to be "home" and no place that I have lived has made an effort to make me feel at home. Aventura Apartments are hands down the homiest, most comforting apartments I have lived in. The ladies that work up front are the nicest, most thoughtful property managers/asst. I have ever interacted with. Any and all issues we had with move in and maintenance they helped clear right up! Last but not least the environment and location of Aventura is perfect. All my friends live at Aventura and since they've been around I've used their pool house and grill area for fun get-together and just to lounge around the pool. The location is perfect for me, I am less than a mile away from Publix, Gold's Gym, Orangetheory Fitness, Starbucks and my favorite place Sam's Sports bar is just a quick walk/bike down the road. Highway 386 is still very easy to get to and Nashville is 20/30 minutes down the road. If you are looking for something that feels like home, acts like home, and looks like home then look no further.

Aventura at Indian lake apartments are overall a solid complex. Decently sized apartments, some say the rent is high, but you're in the heart of hendersonville in the premier area of the city...nothing is inexpensive in this area anyway. So far aside from a neighbor who constantly stores his trash outside his door I have no real complaints. Issues with parking and noise are to be expected when you're in an apartment. Don't like it? Rent or buy a house.

I have lived here for 3 yrs now and love it the people here are super nice and always come quickly to fix things when the get broken or aren't working properly. They keep the pool and clubhouse very clean. I have always felt safe here and it's very convenient to local restaurants and right beside the green way trail. We love it.
