Roach infested and they put band aids on everything they say they fix. Work order called in November and AC unit stil has not been fixed.

My husband and I moved down and had to find housing last minute. We thought this was a great place with a good price. When we first came they gave us a sheet and said write down everything wrong with your apartment. I feel someone should've have came and inspected that with us. There were a lot of dead roaches everywhere, draws broken and the paint wasn't all that good. We lived here a year and the roaches are horrible. There are a lot of trees in the area and pine so the apartments should always get sprayed. However the staff was nice. And maintenance did what they could with what they had. You can tell it's not the leasing office fault but MAAC as a company for not getting enough staff to keep the apartments up. I do want to say to the staff thank you for having great attitudes even when overworked.

I wouldn’t rent here again. They charge things in your base rent that you don’t even be using nor do they fix things when needed. Or they’ll half do the job on fixing things here. Parking spots are uneven and people don’t care how they park here. No area for kids to play at. Half of the kids are outside with no parents near by. People with their dogs don’t pick up their dogs poops. Roaches are outside the doors to people places. Water keeps leaking in the master bathroom and under the sink. The stove tops are extremely hot when turned on low. Told them about it. But didn’t do much to the stove.

Several maintenance and pest control issues. The renovations were done very sloppy and cheap. If you work from home, beware that there is a daycare across the property and you will hear kids screaming at the top of their lungs all day everyday. They also allow 80+ pound dogs to live on the top floor. Barking non-stop and rattling the ceiling and walls.

Constant pest control issues. Have had to file 7 complaints and the problem with the German cockroach’s persist. Also the appliances and cabinets are really old/nasty.

Been living here for about 3 years. Definitely not renewing. Prices are high for cheap material they have for inside. Everything is so old inside it’s easy to break. Great to live for a year but for long term I’d look elsewhere.

I love living there with my two dogs and husband. I’ve lived in crowfield my whole life and this was our first apartment together. We won’t be moving out until we buy our first home. Clean and beautiful community in crowfield plantation and the schools are amazing

The property management team are professional, responsive, nice and caring. I feel that I made a great choice in selecting the Colonial Village Apts as home.
Have lived here happily and comfortably for well over a decade because of its convenience to both our jobs. Now, wife and I are both retired and on fixed-incomes and new management may ultimately price us out.

This is a very safe friendly neighborhood apartment. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I am 63 and my husband age 66 is disabled. I have had a great deal of help from the staff. My maintenance requests are met in a timely manner.

Very Satisfied. The office girls are great and maintenance staff is fast after submitting a request.
Not one issue so far. There was some auto break-ins but not in my area and of no fault to apartment complex.
I couldn't be happier! The neighborhood is so quiet and enjoyable! The grounds are kept neat, the front office and maintenance crew are always friendly and willing to do what they can to make you feel at home. I have not had a bad experience here at all.
We are right at home. We feel safe and secure?valued as residents. The staff and maintenance men go beyond what is required of them.

The place is quiet that it has a bad bug problem
I moved into my apartment July 24, 2015. We like our home and the community. We use the pool all the time, my son can't wait to play tennis. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is very nice. We would love to win rent for a year or life. Thank you
