About M Station
Our community is operating as normal. Please call or stop by for a tour. M Station is the centerpiece of Meridian Place and will be comprised of 260 apartment homes. A variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans with condo-style finishes such as granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, and designer lighting are just a few examples. Living at M Station Apartments has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, valued, and truly at home. The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained — you can tell that management takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. The amenities are excellent, and the location couldn’t be more convenient for both work and leisure. What really makes M Station stand out, though, is the front office team. Mikea and Glenn are absolute stars — they go above and beyond every single day. Whether it’s helping with a maintenance request, answering questions, or just greeting residents with a smile, they bring such warmth and professionalism to the community. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in creating a great living experience.
I like the fact that they barely went up on the rent and they’re making a lot of changes for the good. Safety is very important to me. It’s good to see that they will be having us use key fobs but I feel like they should have that for our front doors too just a suggestion.

Staff members are always willing to help resolve any issues and maintenence staff as well, they make sure that everything is fixed correctly, and if that can't be done, a replacement will be bought.
decent experience, been here almost 3 years. noise can get a little crazy sometimes but the office tries to help. kinda sketchy in the guest lot, cars are broken into periodically. overall, good experience.

The apartments are good, staff is nice. Pool is filthy and guest won't get in it. They claim to clean it daily but they don't. I would check pool before I look at an apartment here or sign the lease.

Overall was great, my only concern/issue is the parking lot. No camera surveillance and spacing of the parking spots are to small. Cars get to tight and even if is not your intention is easy to hit with your car door the next one. My car was hit by other resident and since there was no cameras, it was impossible to find the responsible.

Living here is OK there’s a lot to do but all of these extra fees that are tagged on to rent are ridiculous. I get charged for pest control and nobody has been in my apartment to control any pest in over a year.

I love living here! If I ever have an issue regarding maintenance, they are quick fixing my problems. The only issue I have is the loudness of everyone at the pool when the pool is open, also, the people in the gym can be loud too. but that's because I live right next to the pool AND I live right behind the gym, so I hear everyone dropping weights etc. Other than that, no issues.

I been staying here for 3 years and I just love it! From the office staff ,which is awesome to the full amenities that the property provides is wonderful. The maintenance staff is very nice and you will get to know them very quickly. Very prompt when it comes to putting in a work order. You will get a phone call to verify the issue before they come into your place.

Nice apartment with updated amenities (stainless everything and LVP flooring). Maintenance is quick to respond, but doesn't always fix the issue — hence the one star off. But for the price and location it's great! Definitely planning to stay here for the foreseeable future.

I love living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, service requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and I love the apartment. The only thing that could be improved is the security with multiple car break ins. Other than that I am happy with my stay so far.

Great staff, great maintenance team. Unfortunately we’ve gotten a few emails regarding car thefts. There should be cameras installed at the entry points. I do love the community events as well. Great property otherwise especially in the area.

it was amazing here until car breakins keep happening, no more security or cameras have been put in place and the teens are running though hallways, screaming, and leaving trash. cigarette butts everywhere and dog poop everywhere.

Hi - I'm so sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations (or our standards).
Good place to live, just expensive! I like the amenities, I like most of the staff. I love the floor plan I have. First floor does come with quirks, like noise upstairs but that's why it's cheaper than top floor. If I had the money I don't think I would leave, but I would definitely go top floor. The area is usually fine, I do hear some sketchy stuff every now and again. Also parking is strict and no one will tell you if you are in violation. No warnings, just get towed. Was a very unpleasant surprise one morning.
