We've been residents here for over 2 years, and like living here very much. The staff are excellent, and so are most of the residents. We are planning to move soon. :)

Let me start by saying the complex is super nice & well maintained. The maintenance staff is also a dream. I moved into a first floor unit about a month ago and it’s been nothing short of pure misery. I’ve lived in many apartments and I’ve never experienced such issues with noise. The floors are paper thin. Expect to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does (and if you’re super lucky like me that includes nonstop heavy-footed walking, dropping weights and rearranging furniture 50x a day.) Management deems these disturbances I hear all day long normal, even with ample proof. I was told it’s just footsteps I’m hearing (not true in the slightest), I’m sensitive and I can work elsewhere if I’m distracted (when I pay good money to live here and have full use of my unit.) To give more context, my poor dogs are constantly in flight or fight thinking someone is breaking in due to huge thuds. If you work from home or simply enjoy your peace, stay away or only rent from top floor. Such a shame - other than being poorly built, dismissive staff and rude neighbors, it would be an ideal place to call home.

Moving into Lyric at Norton Commons has been a wonderful experience. The building, amenities, parking, etc is all above and beyond what you would expect from an apartment complex. It feels more like an upscale condo or permanent living environment. But what really sets them apart from others is the staff. They are exceptional and will help you with whatever you need at every turn. Glad I made the decision to come here.

In my opinion on site personnel are awesome. The amenities are still nice but have changed some since we moved in.
We moved here about 18 months ago -- our very first ever apartment experience. We love it here, and plan to stay.
Well maintained environment, inside and out. Attached parking garage affords safety and comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. A sense of community that tenants are pleased to be here.

Management team is very friendly and helpful. All front desk personnel haveare responsive to any questions or concerns. They frequently make every effort to be responsive to find right person. I am amazed at the scope of experience the entire staff demonstrate as soon as they are made aware of any issue. I love living here.
