Reece was handy and prompt with our maintenance request. While I don’t recommend Lyra to ANYONE (run don’t walk away!), Edith and the cleaning crew as well as Zac, Reece and the maintenance crew are all top notch.

Travis in the office is the sole reason I moved to this property, but the rest is icing on the cake. I have been in the area at another property for 5 years prior. When Travis left, things at the last property, went downhill fast. The maintenance staff (Zach & Reese) get things done, promptly, thoroughly without having to comeback. You will not find a better property or staff in this area for this price. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at getting out of bad properties. This property is not perfect like any place you rent. The building is secure, clean and safe because of the staff. Anything negative, is a mostly a byproduct of Denver issues across the city or frankly residents treating it like a hotel and not their home. This is not unique to any property across the city and has nothing to do with the property or staff. If you take pride in where you live, most of the negative issues posted would be taken care of.

We can't imagine living anywhere else except a Doran Property apartment. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed and the amenities in the building are beyond amazing. The maintenance staff keeps the buildings in excellent condition with upkeep and cleanliness and the leasing and property management teams are exceptional both professionally and personally. They make sure their residents' needs are met and provide a special sense of community that we appreciate so much. We recommend Doran Properties to our friends who are considering moving from their homes to experience the apartment living concept. We give them the highest rating in all areas with no exceptions.
