Located only a couple of hours from the mountains and the ocean, Raleigh is a centrally located city that has been experiencing a population boom for the past decade. Dubbed the "Smithsonian of the South," Raleigh offers more than 40 free attractions and museums to keep you steeped in culture.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lynnwood Park
I viewed this complex on 2/28 and had a wonderful experience. The ladies in the office was so sweet and kind. The apartment they showed me was awesome and I can’t wait to live there. Also the location was easy to find and in a great place to be.
Property Manager at Lynnwood Park, Responded To This Review
It's been a pleasure assisting you with your home search! We hope to have you as a future resident of Lynnwood Park. Let us know if you have any further questions for us!
Where to begin? First of all, four owners in less than two years, but none of them have shown any kind of professionalism or accountability. They hardly ever pick up the phone, and they don't respond to maintenance requests, so the only way to get even an EMERGENCY acknowledged is to physically go up to the office, pound on the door, and hope someone is inside. Roaches and fruit flies are rampant, but it doesn't stop them charging you extra for pest control. The rent in general is ridiculously overpriced compared to the quality of the units and especially the quality of the service--not even worth half.
They’ll overcharge you for rent and make you call 2 different numbers to try to get it settled. Practically never pick up the phone. NOT pet friendly. Written into the lease dogs aren’t allowed to urinate or poop on property. Want to open your blinds? Get a call from property manager to close the blinds because THEY CAN’T GET A RENTER. Yes. My open blinds are driving away renters… not the change in owner 2x in one year, deranged mass email rants, or crappy service. Never that. My blinds being open during the day.
