Nothing is maintained, the Gym, Recreation room or your apartment. If you text the office with a problem in your apartment it is ignored. If you go into the office, the office mgr is irritated, and shows no interest in fixing the problem in the apartment. Now this not petty things, major things, big things that are wear and tear items. Pretty run down place. A lot of people have been moving lately.

I’ve lived here 7 years or so. The staff is great for taking care of a problem if you have one. Apartments are well kept and entryways are always clean. This neighborhood is very quiet. Most residents are friendly. Would be a great place to live if you are looking.

It’s been a month since moving into Lyncrest Manor. The move in process was easy and I already feel comfortable with calling it home. Besides the nice, clean neighborhood it’s in and it’s amenities, I’ve been most impressed by the people here. From other residents to staff, it’s helped make me feel very comfortable in this new chapter of my life.

I have enjoyed everything about my moving experience to lyncrest.. Love the apartment but even more importantly they made the application process seem easy.. They also found a way to show me the actual apartment instead of just the videos and pictures that so many other apartments are doing.

In comparison to newer apartments, the quality of the construction, value, and attention to design is superior. The apartment design is both stylish and functional. Cable TV and a garage included in the rent is icing on the cake. The staff shows their pride in ownership with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.

I have moved in last week and it has been great so far. Ample space, spacious rooms, and this furnished apartment have all the furniture and basic stuff I required. These apartments offer the best amenities and I love the game room, pool, and gym. The resident manager, Anita, has been very flexible and helpful with all the paperwork and moving-in process.

I really appreciate the storage and in unit washer/dryer. Anita is very personable and helpful with leasing/rent process.

Anita, the manager, is wonderful to work with. True customer service! Apartment is quiet and nice. The hallway and stairs/entrance are spotless!

I have moved in for almost a month now but the apartment has been good so far. The apartment is spacious and clean. Anita is also very helpful and kind and made the process very smooth. I would recommend this place to others.

We are officially moved in! We had one small leak in our faucet, and they fixed it the very next morning. All of the staff have been helpful and very kind. We are loving the view over the courtyard too!

It is very quiet and relaxing. It also has a lot of space for a two bedroom apartment. The balcony is awesome as well.

I left this place due to the poor appliances and the over priced rent. Management is okay but they have favorites. The carpets are disgusting. Don't waste your money here people. There are so many better places out there.

The complex is well kept up, the apt is spacious, and the view is great from the 2nd floor. I am allowed to have a cat and the neighbors are all very friendly. I give Lyncrest Manor an A1 rating.

I give Lyncrest manor 5 stars because this is a beautiful place to call my home. I feel safe living here and that is very important to me. I have lived here for over 2 years and as of yet haven't had any problems what so ever They keep this place squared away at all times. Do yourself a favor and stop by and let my manager show you all the perks this place has to offer.

We just moved in! It is so peaceful and quiet out here. We are on the 2nd floor and barely hear neighbors above us. Everyone is so friendly. Great amenities for families with kids as well! Anita is great to work!

Lyncrest Manor is a clean and quiet place to live. We have loved using the onsite gym and pool. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. We needed a shorter term lease and Lyncrest has been a perfect place for us!

I have lived at Lyncrest Manor for almost 3 years now and just love it. The apartment public spaces are always clean and fresh smelling, the landscaping is always manicured and there is never garbage in the parking lot. The apartments themselves are large and the appliances are nice. For what you spend vs others in town comparing apples to apples it is a great value.

Have lived here for a year and appreciate the quietness of the complex. Love having a washer/dryer in my apartment & the fact that maintenance is so quick to fix anything needing attention. Free cable & garage are a great plus!

Between the location, the customer service, and the peacefulness you get when you live here. You can not ask for more. This has by far been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in for those few reasons that are so hard to come by! It's a very nice and well kept apartment!

I moved here from Florida around August, and to say the least this place has been amazing. Very quiet in a great neighborhood, the gym and community room are always so clean, and staff is very friendly!

I love the fact that Lyncrest Manor, is an "ALL IN ONE" place to live! This place had everything I was looking for when I was apartment searching. From free garage and garage remote, to free basic cable, washer and dryer in each unit and elevators! You simply cannot beat that! And location wise, it's a great area that has many options nearby such as restaurants, grocery stores and a Great Life gym within walking distance. 5 stars indeed!

We have been living here from last 3 years and never had a single problem. The management was prompt to resolve any issues I had with my apartment or equipments. The community is quite and people are easy going. the only think I will recommend for community manager to organize things to bring community together once a month. It will go a long way. Anyway the manager Anita is superb and always ready to help.

I love the location of these apartments as they’re close to several main roads in Sioux Falls (Louise, Western, Minnesota, 57th St, 41st St, & I229), but also far enough from main roads that it’s generally pretty quiet. Maintenance has always been fast and efficient on fixing any problems (there haven’t been many). The property manager is friendly and helpful! The common areas (hallways, entryways, etc) are always clean. I love that a garage is included and not extra. Neighbors are all friendly and quiet, which is nice. All in all this has been a great place to live! Would definitely recommend!!

This is a great apartment located in a nice neighborhood. The one bedroom/bath is SUPIER spacious. LOVE the walk-in closet. Super clean and nice complex. Staff is so friendly and the maintenance workers are always right on time to fix things. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The pool and gym located on site are also great additions especially with summer right around the corner.

Lyncrest is a quiet relaxing place with roomy, clean and reasonably priced apartments. Maintenance is fast and efficient with a good knowledge of whatever task they are given. Our on site manager from several years ago has returned and is friendly and more than happy to work with you in order to solve all of your needs. Gloria Loghry

The complex is clean and up to date. Very quiet with pleasant neighbors. I will be here for a long time.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and I have been incredibly happy with this apartment! I was nervous moving into a big complex like this, but it’s been amazing! The unit was clean when we moved in with almost no issues. The issues we found upon inspection were fixed either same day or within a week. The maintenance and other staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them! I love the big windows in the rooms that let in so much natural light! The patio is also very large and I can’t wait to get furniture and flowers out there! I have only been able to hear noise from neighbors while in my bathroom where there are more pipes in the walls. I’m excited to use the pool this summer and I love seeing all the pets in the windows! Thanks for being pet friendly and a great place to live so far!

I moved in here a few weeks ago and I love it! the apartment was so clean, the maintenance is very fast and efficient, and everyone I've talked to who works here has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to getting to use the pool and on-site gym!

Most places charge you an arm and leg to keep your beloved cat with you, but lyncrest has reasonable rent and deposits, making an already great apartment even better.

I've lived here over 3 years. Each Summer the pool is AMAZING, they take great care of it. Just today it snowed 8" out and by 7:30am, my lot and sidewalk were cleared up. Located in great part of town. On bus route to Harrisburg Journey Elementary AND Harrisburg North Middle school. Pick up is at South entrance on LaQuinta, which is super helpful. Great neighborhood, close to Walmart, Aldi, gas station, church, bar/restaurant, urgent care, dentist, hair styling, two sub shops, a First Premier Bank and US Bank. All of these are mostly within walking distance.

I have lived at Lyncrest for many many years, and I have never had a issue here with this company or the management. It has been a quiet nice place to live and I cant think of any other place that I would rather be. I plan to stay as long as I am able to. I have told many people about this complex and recently several have moved in due to the kindness and helpful management on site and her staff and I will continue to tell others about this complex. One cant find a better place to live with the rent very reasonable and the free things you get with your rent, cable tv, garage and washer and dryers and again the great management and staff on site.

It went downhill 2017-2018 with a new manager and lack of maintenance staff. The hallways (north building) smell like animals and smoke, which becomes much more pungent when residents return from work. The smoke smell comes through the apartment doors and the air, and with people smoking on their balconies, opening the windows to let fresh air in is not an effective solution. When I would clean my windows, the paper towels would have black residue on them, and when I moved out (after 1 year), the walls had the same residue where stationary items had been. I don’t smoke, and I rarely lit candles. The garages are nice to have; however, getting a working garage remote and key takes numerous attempts at persuasion. Also, beware that some garages get standing water in them. The snow removal was great in 2017 but terrible last year - they did not remove any snow after one blizzard, making it difficult to get in and out of the small garage doors without sliding into them. The office used to collect all packages for residents to come sign and collect. They changed this last year without warning, having the packages left in the unlocked entryway by the mailboxes. I reported a stolen package to the office, hoping that they would go back to collecting the packages or at least put out a warning for other residents, but they just told me to report it to the post office. The owners/manager are not easy to work with - always defensive rather than really listening or trying to help. When I moved into my apartment, the move in date we agreed upon was not communicated to the new manager or maintenance. They were eventually able to get me keys that day, but I moved into a dirty apartment. Despite all that I wrote on the check-in sheet and taking good care of everything, I received less than half of my deposit back a year later when I moved out. At this point, I am so sick of trying to work with them at Lyncrest and so happy to be out of there that instead of trying (I'm sure to no avail) to explain the injustice of the deposit, I am writing my review in hopes of giving others a fair warning.

Absolutely....the worst management in town!! I've never been treated more rudely and unprofessionaly in my life. DO NOT even waste your time looking at these overpriced and out dated apartments. Sioux falls has so much better and nicer complexes to offer.

Property is nice, apartments a little old as are appliances. Management is horrible --- threats were made such as "we are watching you" and if you have an infraction of the rules, you could be evicted and pay for the rest of lease (not true). Very stressful --- not a happy environment.

My girlfriend and I loved living here. We never had any problems, other than that we had a rude encounter with the manager once. But otherwise its nice, its quiet, and the pool is awesome in the summer. The location is great and only moving because we are relocating to the cities. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to live!

I lived at Lyncrest for three years. The only reason I left was because the rent was increased every year. However, I quickly realized I should've just stayed there. I had a one bed/one bath and a garage and basic cable were included. There's also a pool, hot tub, and exercise room in the complex. My recollection was also that the property was taken good care of and everything at the complex was fairly clean, well-maintained, and up to date. It's also located in a quiet area, which I find I'm really missing. The lease at my current residence is up next Spring and I'm hoping to return to Lyncrest at that time. I definitely recommend looking here if you're looking for something.

These apartments are nice. They have a nice courtyard with barbecue grills, a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and darts. Free wifi in game room. There is also an outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub. The rent is reasonably priced compared to other apartments in the area.

Personally I think Rent is a little too high for the condition the apartment is in and how old they are. Also The landlord failed to mention some important details which caused some complications. But I will say whenever you need something fixed they're very on top of things.

This is my second time living in the Lyncrest Manor apartments. The management both times have been helpful and quite pleasant. The apartments are clean and well kept and they offer little perks with rent. The maintenance people have been quick to respond the few times I have needed assistance. Overall nice place to live.

I previously lived here, and I received all of my deposit back - plus interest. Re-rent fee would apply to leaving before your lease is up I believe. I had no issues, and would live here again :) Thanks!!

Was a resident here for several years. Be warned the rent goes up yearly, like clockwork. There are several other apartments in the surrounding area for lower prices and with more perks. My apartment had cracks in the walls, sloppily fixed, and the seams along the ceiling were separating from the walls. I was careful to document everything on my move in inspection so they wouldn't be able to say I caused it. They also charge you $200 as a re-rent fee when you give them notice you are moving, but it doesn't show up and isn't mentioned until your inspection invoice comes in the mail, so if your apartment is immaculate at inspection, the most you could get back from your $250 deposit is $50. Do yourself a HUGE favor and look at other apartments in the area. You'll save money and get more for your money as well.

I wasn't very impressed with this establishment. Very over priced and many issues.

One cannot find a more friendly staff and workers. The complex on a daily basis is cleaned inside and outside. If you find a issue they resolve it right away, no questions asked. Marriann the manager is a angel from god, full of love and friendliness and just an awesome manager. Your corporation has picked a excellent staff to run this complex. One feels welcome and safe here. I am blessed to be living here.
