When we moved here we were informed of there being a elevator so my disabled mom can leave the apartment easily but she can not. They watch you like a hawk and the only thing we do is go to work. We were told this isn't a family friendly complex and I have have kid and kids that visits us. The main building is beautiful but the building they placed us in isn't. Our dishwasher hasn't worked since we moved here almost 7 months ago. Repeatedly told them about it. Bugs all up and down the halls. Mosquitoes infestations on you balcony. Once you move here you are stuck here. They won't verify to anyone you live here. Once our lease is up we are not looking back!

Horrible experience living here. Management does anything they can to get $$ out of you. Our heater broke and it took them OVER A MONTH to fix it during the WINTER. There were days it was so cold we could not even stay at our own apartment. As soon as we put in our 60 day notice management kicked us out of all the parking apps and we could no longer park our cars in the gated area. People stay out screaming and partying at the pool until 5 or 6 in the morning. Packages are rarely placed in the Luxor box and easily accessible to be stolen. Several homeless people walk around various areas of the buildings. During my time living here there were also several car break ins and bike theft. Resident portal is incredibly confusing and not transparent for what they are charging you for. Hosted a church get together in the community room and escorted a guest to the elevator only to find the entire area covered in puke due to the pool partiers from the night before. Had ant infestations on several occasions in which the exterminator took a week to come. Neighbors left me unsolicited love notes on my vehicle at night leaving me feeling uncomfortable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I do not currently live here, but I will be moving to Jefferson in March 2022. So far, I am super impressed. Brittany B. who toured me and walked me through the application process was the initial draw as she was so friendly through the tour and gave me genuine insight into this apartment complex. I am beyond excited to work with great administration. As for the apartment, the amenities are unlike I've seen in Fort Worth and the floor plans are STUNNING. Really impressed.
One major drawback is that this is not a safe area. Sadly, we’ve had to witness homeless men roam around the apartment complex & through our patios. I personally do not feel safe walking my dog alone at any time of the day, especially when the gas station next to the apartment complex is not safe either. In addition to the homeless, we’ve also witness a group of guys peeing in the garage. The staff advertised that that there would be a gated parking garage, however, we’ve been here for a couple of months and it is yet to be installed. As a result our car was recently vandalized in the parking garage that was supposed to be a safe place. It was so frustrating to find out that a few weeks later our neighbors truck was broken into. On top of this they do not have cameras in the garage or dome mirrors for visuality when rounding corners. We’ve also heard and witnessed multiple people conduct burnouts and speed through the garage. This apartment complex is also TERRIBLE in the way they communicate with residents. I’ve spoken with residents who are told one thing when we’ve been told another thing. For example, when we signed our lease we were informed this place would be dog friendly and it is FAR from dog friendly. A few weeks after moving in we got a threatening email from management stating dogs were not allowed on any of the amenities, including the courtyards. Some neighbors contacted corporate and corporate told us otherwise. It’s been a handful amount of times that we’ve had very rude interactions with management about our dogs, who have caused zero issues. Every resident with a pet has been great about picking up waste. When we’ve asked where are dogs are actually allowed they’ve said “walk them by the trinity river,” where we’ve had a rape incident & where a family got mugged and keeping in mind there is no light out there when it’s dark, very unsafe area. We pay way too much money to live in such a scary community and to not have a safe place to walk our dogs, let our dogs off leash or potty without having to fear management. In addition to their poor communication skills about the pet policy the leasing office, in our experience has been historically unresponsive to emails/phone calls when we’ve tried to contact them regarding moving in, changing rentals insurance policies, etc. They have not constantly picked up trash around the complex area and their “valet trash” service has not consistently picked up trash on the nights they’re assigned.

Was nice until people started moving in. Buildings are nice but the people who live here suck. Every time the hall way doors shut, my front door shakes. The people moving in don't care about their neighbors. They leave garbage, leave the gym a mess, come and go loud as hell at 2am. Can hear neighbor's dog above me runming around late every night, have complained multiple times but nothing happens. The gates are finally working on the upper section so at least the cars have finally slowed down. Dog owners on the property appear to not know how to pick up after their dogs. 4 months in and I am apartment shopping elsewhere more than willing to break my lease so that I can find a place that I can sleep the night through.

We signed on an apartment over a month ago that we only signed on because it had a yard. Well 4 days before we were supposed to move in, we got told that for only our unit, the city didn’t approve the yard cause it looks in someone else’s window. Instead of being super helpful, they only offered us other units that didn’t have yards or the one unit left that did have a yard but for a couple hundred more a month instead of honoring the price we signed on. While we were still debating this unit, the very next day they (yes they knew we were still interested) they called to say they leased it out to someone else..... wildly unprofessional and rude. So 4 days before we were supposed to move we were left high and dry. So we signed on a MUCH more helpful complex a block away and they felt bad for us so they even gave us a discount.
