I been here for a month and I really like the apartment Its very nice and amenities are amazing I like the design of my apartment I did have an issue with the washing machine when moving in that they tried to solve as soon as they could but it has taken a minute What I like the most are the hardwood floors Location is very convenient

It’s very beautiful here in this state of living and I have seen much worse but if you don’t appreciate what you have then you will never see the light of things around you just take the time to look around and see what you might think is really important for your very own being and do something about it like for example if you see something on the floor or anything like the plastic sign out there pick it up if it falls pick it up you live here too. Horrible, when Tyler was the property Manager we never had issues, but since Emilio took over, its been going horrible, mice traps everywhere and team members who lives in the property, they break into apartments like they did with mine, garage doors broken.

I was hesitant about Luxe at Mile high, mostly because of the location. However my experience has been great and management has made everything so easy. I love living here so far. My apartment faces the pool, I thought it would be loud at night but management seems to enforce the pool closure times. This makes it easy to sleep and have quiet nights. The property is also cleaned often which I really appreciate. Living close to Slones Lake has been great, the location is perfect.

I have lived in apartments all around the city and Luxe at Mile High is far and above the rest. The staff are excellent, the building is cleaned daily (to an detailed degree), and the community events are actually fun. The only reason I'd leave Luxe is to buy a home.

I have been at Luxe for over a year, and I have loved it so much that I decided to renew my lease and stay. The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it allows me to easily access I-25 whenever I need and it's also close to downtown. I’m born and raised in Denver, and was a little skeptical about the location. But after living here for 6 months, I love it! Close to downtown (easy to scooter home from the bars), access to bike paths, close to sloans lake, and more! What’s made living here so good is the staff. There's so much to love here. I came in summer, and the pool is really attractive. I appreciate that they have a chair to lift people into the pool who need help. The location is so close to downtown that it's very convenient. If you are an outdoor person, hikes are close by. The office was very helpful when I needed some help in the business center, and Gilbert, the maintenance supervisor, was helpful when I had an issue that needed resolving. I didn't have to wait. I can't say enough good things my experience here has been wonderful.

The building, amenities, and staff are FANTASTIC! They’re a very dog friendly building and it’s been great to meet and make friends with the neighbors. Overall it’s a really solid community. The apartments have spacious layouts with updated features. My personal favorite is the walk in closet. I moved in sight unseen and haven’t regretted it for a second!

I had about two weeks to lock in somewhere before my current lease is up and Zoe was literally everything I could’ve asked for and more!! Super outgoing, friendly, just genuinely nice. Helpful, informative. Very relatable and easy to talk too. Background screening was super easy and quick, I got accepted in under 30 secs. She made everything so easy and reassuring, I’d recommend her to anyone & im so excited to get to see her often now!!

Updated complex. Close to everything (highway, dt, highlands, Sloans Lake, highway 6). Currently on my second lease renewal and have really enjoyed living here

We moved to Luxe in August and have been loving it here. Zoe was great at showing us around and providing all necessary info before and after the move in. Overall Luxe exceeded our expectations. The amenities are always clean, if something breaks the maintenance team fixes it immediately. We love the dog park with dog spa and outdoor heaters. The pool has always fun and friendly crowd, and there is no noise after 10pm. Location is great, super close to downtown and Sloan’s lake, but you need to avoid certain corners where the homeless are. The office team is very professional and often has fun events planned for the residents.

We are an older couple, empty nester, baby boomer etc., and were looking for housing closer to downtown Denver when we came across The Luxe. We spent months looking at apartments and just happened upon this Gem/Oasis in the middle of the Denver metropolis; conveniently situated close enough to the city to access the nightlife at will, yet far enough away to enjoy the skyline of the city, Pikes peak in the Springs and Empower field. The beautiful physical space/layout of our unit w/ easily accessible parking made our transition from home ownership to apartment living seamless. All of this pales in comparison to the customer service the staff provided us; they knows me by name, maintenance is completed in a timely and professional manner and the amenities are meticulously maintained.

I’ve always had a great experience dealing with the leasing office, every maintenance request gets fixed very quickly. ZOEY has been a GREAT help while moving in and any questions we’ve had. Very helpful and friendly. I’ve had interactions with all the office staff and they’re all very nice. Best apartment building I’ve ever lived in by far.

Cockroaches and black mold in my unit. I have had no bathroom sink/countertop or cabinets for over 2 months, broken deadbolt on front door causing me to get locked out of my apartment from the inside (not my fault) which they say they will not fix and expect me to hire a locksmith and pay for it myself. Lock placement on front door is a fire hazard. Have not had a working deadbolt and have had a whole in my front door for 5 months. There has been ongoing construction on my bathroom for 2 months, due to plumbing issues and black mold, my neighbors are having the same issues, which they tried to not tell me about. There were several days I was not allowed to use my bathroom or toilet bc the apt below me was flooding. Management has had absolutely no sympathy for any of these situations. They removed all of the cabinets, mirror, and sink in my bathroom, and have left it like this with no motivation to replace it. I have been calling management daily for updates and concerns. I require reimbursement for not having access to my bathroom for 2 months due to pluming issues and black mold, followed by poor and lazy construction and maintenance work. I am still brushing my teeth at my kitchen sink and have all of my bathroom stuff pilled up all over my apartment, and nobody will discuss reimbursement with me. It has really disrupted my life especially because I work from home. I have a bucket in my bathroom catching leaking water for 2 moths which i have to dumb daily. Also they tack on insane charges for trash services which are horrible, and charge you a fee for paying your rent, and extra fees for parking and service fees. They just dont care and treat you like your concerns dont matter.
