Luxe at Alewife

Solid maintenance staff. Very very quirky community. Can be noisy at times. Great proximity to the T and restaurants. Snow is cleaned very quickly.

The apartment is great! Clean and modern interior, clean public restroom, and in unit laundry. However, there's no "press to open the door" access, which makes the apartment less accessible.

We think it is a very pleasant place to live. We love the amenities, the atmosphere, the great neighbors, the neighborhood and the excellent management that maintains the building.

I just moved in, but the experience has been great. The leasing team is responsive and help find solutions for any problems you may have. The maitenance team has been quick to respond to maitenance requests. Overall, the community is well-kept and quiet. I have enjoyed living here thus far.

We have been living here for more than a year. It's a nice and quiet community with great location 2 mins away from the T. The gym is decent. Maintenance responds quickly to requests.

great apartment at the Luxe Alewife so far. clean and secure. convenient to everything. great parking. very quiet. Mails can be handled better. packages seem to be left randomly everywhere by amazon delivery team.

Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Rent increases have varied drom 5-6% for 13-15 month leases, and up to 26% for 12-month lease renewals. Starry internet is reliable most of the time. Maintenance is very responsive, which is appreciated. Overall, 4/5 for convenient car-free lifestyle, but natural light in your unit may be a drawback, expect annual rent increases.

I like everything about Luxe at Alewife. Facilities are great, maintenance is always responsive and the location is perfect. Noise can be an issue with some apartments being next to the commuter rail but it hasn’t bothered us so far.

Only my first week in. The apartment and amenities are wonderful, but I feel like there wasn't sufficient communication from the office regarding all the apps that needed to be registered, shipping, and other considerations still needing to be made

Very easy leasing process. Was easy to apply and requirements were straightforward. I recommend luxe for those looking to be close to the T and live in a nice, new building

A good experience so far. Rarely have any issues because it's a new property. Good amenties and convenient location. Main complaint is just how strong the smell is of the cleaning supplies used in common areas.

There is convenient public transportation. There are CVS, Trader Joe's, TJ Max, a furniture store, and TD Bank nearby. Of course, the rent is also good.

Great amenities and Brandon has been super helpful! you cant hear sound much except if you live facing the train it's kinda loud but its like super quick. overall, very much liking it! super clean and nice neighbors! :)

Overall, everything is nice. The wall is too thin, so sometimes I could not sleep well. The parking área is very nice, and the mail room is getting a little better.

Too many dogs in the building. It is convenient to red line. It is convenient to Alewife bus station. It is convenient to Alewife shuttle stops.

After two years, we still love Luxe at Alewife. We love the proximity to shops, walking/biking paths and public transport as well as the ammenities. The gym and swimming pool are our favorites!

Our apartment is clean and well located. Also, when we request maintenance, they come by the next day, which is very reassuring. It's a bit disappointing that there are fewer events at the apartment compared to the surrounding area.

This apartment has many good staffs. And cleanliness is good every day. Therefore we feel comfortable and we are able to enjoy our daily life.

So far so good. People are friendly, quiet neighborhood. No complaints so far. Easily accessible to the mbta red line. It’s expensive but common for Boston prices

It's a great location with easy access to the MBTA, Minuteman, trails, and stores (CVS, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's). Beyond the location, the maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Overall, I have enjoyed my time here at Luxe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and clean for the most of the time. Areas that could improve include random false fire alarms and better package organization system/space.

I happen to love my apartment. I wish I had atleast one more bedroom but it's cool. The area is pretty nice, could have more for the children to do and less noise from outside attractions. Which I know is out of our control. The staff are definitely one of my favorite parts of this community. Very helpful, polite and willing to be sure to help you if possible

Everything is OK, very convenient. It is close to the red line train station and market mall. Unfortunately, there are too many fire alarms in the building.

Very well maintained Apartment. Neighborhood is also very nice and main advantage is T-station is very and the market is also 0.3 mile. Maintenace service is also goog.

The building is clean and the location is very good. I am very satisfied with how easy the shared space is to use. Also, it's very cold in Boston, so I'd be very happy if there was a space for my kids to play indoors.

Some minor touch ups, but I love the building. A few Scratches on the cabinets, the closet un sturdy , windows have previous dead bugs. Other then that thanks
