Once our lease was signed and we got a new garage fob, everything has been great! We were not impressed with the lack of response from the Leasing office prior to move in. Overall, however, this place has been a vast improvement over our last apartment. We love that there is a dog place on our floor, the garbage chute, and how close the complex is to a variety of shops and restaurants. We also appreciate how much safer it feels.

Leasing office is unresponsive, impossible to get anything scheduled without constant calling or emailing. Apartment constantly smells of chemicals and weed from neighbors.

I been living here for almost 2 years. I have really no complains about the staff or my neighbors. I live at the T2 building and everything has been good so far. The only think I do dislike right now is the built app. Paying rent was less complicated with the prior app.

I like that it's quiet. There are often problems with the elevator. And there are a lot of animals. All washing machines are in wool. I would like to wash the windows from the outside.

I generally like living here. My biggest complaints are that the hot water is never hot, so lukewarm baths/showers and the walls are made out of concrete so I can’t hang things up.

Pretty good. Dog park is nice. Maintenance team is awesome. Wish the water got hotter. Wish the walls weren't concrete and I could hang stuff on the walls. Wish the fire alarm didn't go off so frequently!!

Management is not the easiest to work with . Garage problems, laundry room and elevators are typically a mess. Slow to repair building items. Front door to my building is not locking so anyone can walk in

The experience was pretty smooth and quick, we signed the lease and got in in 30 mins or less, I would say the only down side was the inability to allow for payment options other than Cashier's check, as this has been kinda annoying

It’s been a pleasant living experience. Walking neighborhood to a lot of shops and restaurants and cafes. A mix crowd of residents from long term to people who live short term.

I’m enjoying my apartment here at the Fillmore Center. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s always clean . The heating is very costly but other than that everything is great.

This year has been better, T3 does need a lot of new renovations. Our mailbox is finally fixed and maintenance has been better. We do need a new dishwasher and laundromat does need better machines

Great place with many events for residents! I love how easy it is to pay rent and the staff is very approachable and down to earth. The neighborhood loss it's grocery store but even then, things are super close.

Overall, it’s great since I been living in here but there are bad times such as the noise from the boiler room in S2. And I hope the Apartments can be cleaner overal. There are a lot of areas and corners. I noticed that has never been cleaned.

The complex is nice and the resident staff is pretty helpful and responsive. I haven’t had any issues getting help. I love how there as a few dog parks in the complex and the waterfall in front of my apartment really adds a peace touch living here.

My car was stolen out of their “secured” parking garage after paying $4000 in parking fees. Continued to charge me monthly parking fees even after I notified them of the auto theft and provided them with police report. Fees fees fees and more fees.

Maintenance team is really nice and helpful. Current resident services staff can be nice too but they rarely pick up, return VM or responds to emails making it difficult for us to get answers. I’m quite worried because my current lease ends in less than 30 days and I still have not received my lease renewal letter.

why is our building fire alarm keeps going off for no reason? the apartment itself is good. the trash room recently gets a lot of trash on the ground.

Dog park, water fall, BBQ grill area and parking garage is great. All the amenities are walking distance. All the neighbors in the community seem nice and welcoming, especially the staff.

Great management, decent furnishings. Not always the fanciest but there is a commitment to improvement. Maintenance always comes extremely quickly, and building offices are generally responsive during open hours. Surrounding area sometimes feels a little unsafe, but never had an issue in the building.

recomiendo verificar El Piso en El que quieran vivir, perciban si UN Lugar limpio, si los apartamentos estan muy viejos, o si ven piezas en muy mala's condiciones; debi ser mas detallista con eso, actualmente estoy teniendo problemas con insectos en El bano, El loundry algunos veces no esta Limpio y esta El patio para Los animales por lo que no SE percibe tan limpio.

Staff is great just a couple of things I have asked about and have gotten no answers back with but other then that no complaints. Things I have issue with is a work order I put in a few time of something that staff did to my apartment that needs to be fixed and they ignored the request and the other had to do with my lease and no response when asked about it

Thankful at this time wish we still had Safeway across the street. The unit are very cold when the weather back it would be nice if there was a better way to keep the unit wram .

Good size unit. Great location. cement ceilings and flooring are a . You may have to purchase a dehumidifier, depending on what building you choose to reside in. The ventilation in the bathroom is not the best and other people smells come through to your house.

Greystar is essentially stupid they own multiple properties across the bay but you can’t possibly get in touch to get a transfer. Moronic! Speaking of the community: a) my parcels get stolen b) the second floor (laundry room) literally smells like a farm (manure) c) dogs have accidents on a regular basis in the elevator which people refuse to clean (very hygienic) d) lets not forget the elevator full of meth high folks going to the 5th floor e) my utilities include gas……..nothing is gas operated in the apartment not the stoves not the heater f) atleast one homeless person outside the building
