This is a perfect upgrade for this time of my life and it's closer to my jojobnd I just love the quietness even though there's children and pets
I love my 2 BR 2 BTH at Ltd! The units are very spacious, clean, big windows and closets! We are very happy with our decision to live here!
I found a newly built building and rooms, spacious and bright, with all the amenities and cleanliness.
Exceptional quality of living and impressive staff
It was a really smooth move in. The tour was great and Teresa was amazing to work with during the initial before signing lease process. We got weekly reminders for everything that needed to be done and were helped through the change of address process. There were some troubles after the initial move in such as smelly water and wifi concerns which were quickly sorted through by Teresa and the maintenance team. Still trying to get help to figure out the package situation

The apartments at Ltd. Findlay are a dream come true! So reasonably priced, especially for the newness of this place, the amenities, the spaciousness of the apartment, the floor plan, and what's included in the apartments (washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, new and beautiful appliances, huge closets, trash butler service). All the staff here are so friendly and eager to help. Communication is quick and easy with them. They never seem inconvenienced. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone. It's a beautiful complex.

It was a smooth process to apply and get the lease situated. The dog friendly environment is my favorite part and the apartment seems to keep my noise in and other noise out which I appreciate.

We could not be more impressed with Ltd Findlay and the facilities and amenities. We are super happy with our decision to make this our new home. The apartments are spacious and well designed and equipped with all necessary appliances. Also the location and proximity to nearby retail outlets and highway access is ideal. I highly recommend Ltd Findlay to anyone looking to relocate to this area of Pittsburgh.

Our move-in experience has been disappointing due to a lack of clear communication and unresolved maintenance issues. From the beginning, we received little to no guidance on the application process, move-in procedures, or basic unit operations, such as accessing the garage. Most concerning, however, is that our air conditioning unit has not worked since we moved in—despite repeated service requests. After two weeks, the issue remains unresolved, which has caused significant discomfort and inconvenience for our family. While staff have been courteous and responsive, particularly Dave, the overall experience has fallen short of expectations for a new unit.

Ltd. Findlay has been a great place to live. They have great floor plans that are spacious and have a lot of amenities in the unit and around the property that I find appealing. The management is very open and knowledgeable. It is near a lot of stores, highways and restaurants that is also nice to be close to.
