Much has changed around Clearfield since its establishment in 1877. This up-and-coming small city has grown quickly over the last few years. The area now sports 17 parks, two ponds, and relatively easy access to some of the best skiing in Utah. Great place
Office staff made the move in process really easy for me and even rushed my application so I could move in on time. The property is luxurious and I couldn't have chosen a better place. This is a great community. I am very satisfied!
