Los Robles Apartments

I've lived at Los Robles for several years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. This community truly feels like home. The grounds are always well-kept, the staff is friendly and attentive, and any maintenance issues I've had were handled quickly and professionally. Over the years, I've seen how much care is put into making Los Robles a great place to live—whether it’s through regular resident events, timely communication, or just the everyday effort to keep things running smoothly. It’s a peaceful, welcoming environment where neighbors look out for one another, and that’s not easy to find these days. I’m so grateful to call this place home, and I can't imagine leaving. Highly recommend Los Robles to anyone looking for a place that’s more than just an apartment—it’s a true community.

Tuvimos la suerte y oportunidad de pasar unos días en los robles. Es un desarrollo inmobiliario espectacular en todos los aspectos, instalaciones de primer nivel con un mantenimiento exelente que conserva todo en apariencia de nuevo y los habitantes son muy amables lo cual ayuda mucho para que sea aún mas agradable la estancia. Además la ubicación tan cerca de centros comerciales y en una exelente colonia ayuda mucho para disfrutar aún más tú estancia. Ojalá y pronto podamos volver a disfrutar de los Robles que definitivamente es un lugar excelente.

Tuve la oportunidad de estar de visita en los robles y considero no pudo ser mejor mi experiencia. Las instalaciones hermosas, la comunidad sumamente amable y en definitiva un espacio donde La Paz rodea cada espacio. Definitivamente una excelente opción de residencia en San Antonio.

Recientemente visité Los Robles y me pareció un lugar precioso. Tiene instalaciones superiores a cualquier otro conjunto que yo haya visto, todo impecable con jardines y árboles muy bonitos. Es una comunidad muy tranquila y ansío visitarla de nuevo pronto.

I moved in a couple months ago and I have to say I made a great decision. It is very quiet and so clean here. I have a beagle and the dog park is amazing! It is really big and lights up at night. My boyfriend and I have grilled out there a couple times. Best apartment I have lived at so far!

Couldn’t be happier with my apartment and the overall service that I received. Superior customer service and attention to detail. Heidi went above and beyond helping me move in and I’m so thankful! Highly recommend this place.

I have been at these apartments for a little over a year now and I don’t have one complaint. They keep up with the apartment very well it always looks so clean and put together. I love the gym and pool it has everything you’d need, my dog loves the big dog park he runs around out there for a long time! On top of everything everyone is super nice and staff is very helpful.

Best decision ever to move here. The community is very clean and well-maintained. They offer outstanding customer service and are very attentive to the needs of everyone. These are by far the best apartments in stone oak. Highly recommend.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and love the community, how safe it is, and how nice it is. It’s not outdated and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. We recently rented out the clubhouse for my son’s birthday party and we got so many compliments about the space & everyone kept saying they wished they could host parties here. The staff also works with you to make sure you’re accommodated - shoutout to the manager Justin!

Great apartment homes. Very nice landscaping and quick response from the maintenance team too. Every time I go into the office Lori and Justin and always happy to help with any requests I may have.

I moved here from Corpus Christi and absolutely love the apartments. The staff is wonderful. Justin has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Takes much pride in his job and it shows! Rebecca at the front office is so kind and thoughtful. I look to call this home for a very long time. Thank you again Los Robles for everything.

I have proudly lived at this complex for going on 6 years now; have seen all sorts of developmental and management changes throughout the years and can confidently say I have never had such an amazing property manager as I do today. Justin is absolutely remarkeable. From his personal relation to his unwavering commitment to his property and tenets, not once has he failed to impress me with his fast paced professionalism. I would highly reccomend living here not only for the second to none management but also the beauty of the property itself, the all encompassing aspect of the amenities, and the overall attention to detail.

Amazing kitchen with granite island in the two bedroom and the pool is amazing.

Moving in soon and right when you walk in Justin and Lori were very helpful and welcoming. Look forward to being apart of this new community and look forward to living in a beautiful place now I can call home. 10 thumbs up!!

We love Los Robles. We have lived here for 3 years and we have loved every minute of it. The team members are always super helpful and kind, the grounds are always kept looking nice, and maintenance is always on time. We plan to be here until we buy a house!

I love it here! Moved here about two years ago. The maintenance staff is so friendly and very quick to respond and the pool is literally amazing. The front office staff is very nice and reasonable when it comes to special requests.

Wow! Los Robles is a one of a kind property! The amenities are state of the art, clean, and well maintained. The leasing staff and management are the best around. They are kindhearted and take pride in their residents.

I had the pleasure of living at Los Robles last year, and I recently experienced a situation that truly showcased the amazing community there. I accidentally shipped a valuable order to my old address, and I was fortunate to have a wonderful neighbor in my previous apt who kindly returned it to the office. Rebecca, in the office, was incredibly helpful—she answered my call this morning and made the process of retrieving my items seamless. The staff and residents at Los Robles are genuinely honest, helpful, and kind. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

This is my first time living in an apartment at the age of 55. I’ve heard the horror stories of other complexes and Los Robles, the GM Justin, and his staff/maintenance are beyond exceptional. Maintenance request our deal with my experience within 24 hours. My initial intention was to be a short term one year rental until my daughter graduated college but I’ve been here going on three years and absolutely love the community, cleanliness, exceptional staff, responsiveness and the layout of the apartment. Truly feels more like living in a high-end condominium complex.

We absolutely love living here, and one of the biggest reasons is how awesome maintenance is. If we put in a request, it is normally resolved same day. They communicate well and always clean up after themselves. They are kind and professional. One of the biggest reasons we continue to re-sign leases. Management is also really kind and helpful.

Decided to stay another year because the community is very nice. Clean and safe. I like the area and its very close to everything. Target. HEB. and Walmart. This place is great!

I fell in love with these apts the first time I came to visit. I knew this was going to be my new home. Special thanks to the office folks, Justin who is the general manager was so kind to personally assist me. He was so very sweet and took me around showing me everything. He also introduced me to Lori who helped me apply for my apartment. Wonderful people all around. I am happy with everything. I love the wine events they host in the office. I get to meet all the neighbors and chat. Such a great time. Thank you again for making it the best place to live.

Yesterday, I moved from a third floor apartment to a first floor at Los Robles. The office staff, Lori and Rebecca, facilitated this move since my previous lease had not expired. I have bone-on-bone knee pain and surgery is not on my horizon so the first floor move will make my life much easier. I am happy to continue to live at Los Robles.

This is our second year here and we are in love with the apartment, as well as the staff and everything they offer here. The grounds are always clean and well- maintained. Beautiful landscaping. All of the staff, especially office staff and maintenence team are AMAZING, friendly, and responsive. We recommend this complex to everybody we know.

If you’re looking for an apartment to live at this is the one. The whole staff is so friendly. I have had 0 issues. Lori always answers all my silly questions, Rebecca is always reminding me of events going on within our apartment community, Justin is always walking the property and making sure everything is as it should be. Gilbert is the sweetest maintenance man and will complete your work orders QUICK. I give this apartment 10/10….I am currently renewing my lease for another 13 months!!

Very impressed with the pool and how clean they keep it. The amenities are very impressive as well, including the fitness center and dog park. I can’t express how amazingly the community feels and looks. The office staff is amazingly friendly. They always go the extra mile to help. Thanks!

I recently moved into Los Robles and can't complain. The leasing office was extremely friendly and welcoming. The move in process was so easy! My dog loves the huge dog park, there's so much room for him to run around. Definitely recommend!

So glad I was referred here by a close friend and I couldn’t be happier. This place has it all. Perfect location. Perfect service. Very prompt attention as soon as you walk in the door. I opted to go with a small bedroom, which is perfect space for me. My apartment came with a washer and dryer. I have a great view of the pool. Although I must say the pool is extremely beautiful. At times, it could be very noisy, but I also understand it’s a place to relax, relax and unwind and have a good time. I plan to stay here for a long time. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property in a great area. I visited this community last week and was throughly impressed. The apartment was superb, the pool was amazing and most importantly the staff was awesome. Special shoutout to the manager Justin, who took time to talk to me. He was super inviting, and extremely friendly. Honestly I have never had a manger come out and greet me (that’s because I had seen four properties this past week). Justin and his staff is the reason I will be choosing Los Robles as my next home

I've moved every single year for the past 10 years (ridiculous I know) so I have had a lot of experience with all different kinds of properties, landlords, property managers, etc. so trust me when I say that these people on the grounds at Los Robles have your best interest at heart. From Monica in the front office to Gilbert and the maintenance team, they're all very very understanding with any day-to-day issues or complaints you may have. I was always met with open ears no matter the problem (and there were NOT very many..). The property itself is beautiful and well-kept. The only complaint I would have is how often they mow because it's noisy and I work from home... but that really is it! I only had to move because of my job but would have loved to stay longer. Overall I felt that the property was very safe, and dog-friendly, has clean amenities, and is regularly patrolled by security or police. You won't regret moving in here!

This place has to be in the running for the worst management in the country. Not helpful at all, say their open from X to X, but never answer phone calls, never answer emails, and never in the office either. They can call you and leave a voicemail, but if you try and call back a minute after, they won’t answer. Signed a year lease in the summer, and then called me in the winter to ask why I haven’t moved out yet? They either lose certain files or just don’t care, and will call and charge you 11 months saying they never had it on record. Even if you provide them what they’re asking for, you’ll still get a call a month later asking/ charging for whatever it is they claim they don’t have. I could go into so many details about management but hopefully you understand that they are just terrible. Other than that, the apartments are nice, most people in the community are nice, nice amenities etc. However being on the bottom floor there is a major bug issue. Not harmful bugs, but who wants their home swarmed with them? (Tried to call management about transferring units, 2 months later and no reply). If it wasn’t for me moving every year for the last few years, I definitely would’ve been long gone and away from this place but I thought it would be nice to not have to do that again, and I’m very much regretting that decision.

Current resident here. The walls, floors and ceilings are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING from your all of your neighbors. My next door neighbor actually broke his lease and left the complex it got so bad for his family. Many neighbors are highly inconsiderate with regard to noise and unfortunately asking management to do anything about has been hit or miss. Agree with other reviewers about everything being cheaply made. It may look nice from the outside, but do not be fooled. Also, the trash situation is terrible. The dumpster might as well be the city dump on trash day. No one even bothers to put their trash in the dumpster, they just throw it on the ground. If the dumpster fills up and people are just dumping it on the ground and sometimes making it flow into the parking lot, then you'd think they'd add a second dumpster somewhere else on site! My lease is up in about 6 months and I'm doing my best to put up with this situation. As much as I don't want to move again (and break my lease), I'm almost to that point.

-Water is HARD, leaves stains on sinks and walls AND literally smells terrible like sewage -Raise rent every few months -ALWAYSSSSS Charge you random fees for and blame it on forgetting to charge it months ago -Switched to a new leasing company and they have been unorganized over a year -Walls thin, can hear neighbors talking through the wall

Los Robles is top notch, love living here and office/maintenance staff is excellent.
