Whenever I walk in the building, I know that Im home. The management and staff consistently go above and beyond.

The staff at Loring Park apartments is the best! They are so thoughtful, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need!

I have really enjoyed living at Loring Park Apartments. My studio is spacious, the appliances work great, I feel welcomed and safe in the building, and you cant beat the location.

Office and maintenance teams are wonderful. Very comfortable community. I work in the industry in the neighborhood and often recommend LPA if we cant help the prospect.

Our experience with Loring Park so far has been nothing but positive. Michael and Wynette have been so generous with their time and patience helping us get set up. Our new apartment is gorgeous and we love the sense of community throughout the building. The amenities are exactly what we were looking for. We had no plans to move until we toured here and we absolutely could not pass up the opportunity.

I have lived here for 12 wonderful years and have enjoyed my recent new space in a different apartment. It's a great location but the rents are on the high side and some units need upgrades ( i.e. light fixtures above the counter in the kitchen)

Staff is very welcoming and professional. Additionally, they respond in a timely manner when contacted for help.

I have been impressed by the office staff and maintenance crew. The apartment was overall in great condition and have thoroughly enjoyed living here.

Michael in the leasing office made the move-in experience extremely pleasant. The maintenance staff were quick to respond & remedy with minor issues in the unit (a missing towel rack in the bathroom which they installed immediately). There was a really cute welcome package on the kitchen island when we got here that included toilet paper and paper towels! All of the staff I have interacted with were friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. I am very happy with my choice to live here!

Loring Park is a beautiful community and the staff are exceptional with attending to residents requests. A great location and neighborhood!

I have loved my experience living at Loring Park Apartments thus far. My apartment is spacious and has excellent features, the community amenities are nice and the building is in the perfect location. It's downtown, but the area doesn't feel too busy. I am steps away from the park, have convenient parking available, and there are tons of good restaurants in the area. There is also a very responsive/efficient staff should any needs or problems arise!

Loving our new home so far. The building and amenities are kept clean, and the staff are fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient, and we love being able to walk everywhere. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable, and has nice views.

If you're searching for a friendly, a feeling of home community, concern about cleanliness, kind neighbors and fun activities lead by the property management, then this is the place to call home!! Loring Park does an excellent job welcoming residents.

This apartment is great. The common spaces are nicely maintained and the management is really responsive. Lastly, the location is also great as it is close to the supermarket, Target, a park and many downtown sites (basketball stadium, live music venues).

Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Recently, I moved to Minneapolis from California for work reasons. Never have I been to the mid west before, nor did I have time to check out the city or places to live in person, everything had to be over the phone or email. This being said you could understand my concerns of moving to a new city, not knowing anyone plus not even seeing my new home in person before moving in. The moment I reached out to Michael at Loring park he took such great care of me, he recommended the apartment unit I'm currently in and let me tell you, I could not have dreamed of a better place to live than Loring Park. The staff is AMAZING, the property is clean, its right next door to a beautiful park AND animal friendly for my furry little kitty. Words can not express how Loring Park made my moving experience so Seamless plus I'm in LOVE with my new Platinum palace! I HIGHLY recommend this property. It feels like home.

This is a safe place in the city and quiet location. The apartments are being upgraded to meet current standards which is a good value.

The apartment is in a great area with easy access to Downtown Minneapolis, a nearby supermarket, restaurants, sports arenas, Loring Park and even the Walker Art Center. Staff is friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner.

The apartment complex looks nothing like the advertised first image.

I thoroughly enjoy living at Loring Park Apartments. The management and maintenance staff is very friendly and always eager to resolve whatever issues a tenant is dealing with. The apartments are clean, updated and appliances are highly functional. I have never had a serious issue with my living situation. I like the friendly community vibe that Loring Park provides for their tenants.

Loring Park Apartments changed management companies to Capreit on or around March 2018. Capreit is a money-hungry, uncaring, poorly operated sham of a management company. They do nothing to promote a sense of community and constantly make up bogus rules, such as doormats not being allowed outside your apartment home door because its a fire hazard. Overall, I would never, ever recommend Capreit or Loring Park Apartments to anyone. Even if you were homeless, youd be better off in a homeless shelter than this dump of an apartment complex and management company.

My husband and I have lived at Loring Park Apartments for nearly five years. We love the location, the large apartments, our awesome private patio on the courtyard, nice amenities, and most importantly, the great staff. The manager, Wynette, is friendly, helpful, very professional and good at what she does. She works hard at building a sense of community here, and is extremely dedicated to her job and the residents. She often goes way beyond the ‘call of duty’ to take care of the residents’ needs. It isn’t uncommon for her to stay late, sometimes very late, if she is needed. The head of maintenance, Victor, is also wonderful: friendly and skilled, he is extremely helpful. I love the diversity of the community here, from a member of the Federal Judiciary, doctors, lawyers, and other established professionals in various fields, to young new professionals in many different areas, a few students, others in a variety of job positions, as well as children. This community also has a refreshing racial diversity, as well as people of varied physical abilities. It is also one of the few properties which takes well-mannered dogs of all sizes! Loring Park Apartments has something for everyone!

Be prepared to pay for everything (water, electricity, gas, trash and waste water). The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbor showering and going to the bathroom. Be prepared for drunk people yelling in the courtyard in the middle of the night. If this sounds appealing, save yourself some money and move to a college dorm or bad area downtown where this is the norm.

The apartments are some of the largest in town for the price, and the location is great. Staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt.

I've lived in the Loring Park Apartments for over 6 years now, and look forward to continuing to call this place home. The apartments are very large for downtown (I have a nearly 1,000 square foot one-bedroom), are well-appointed and well-maintained, and the prices are lower than some of the newer high-rise buildings in the area. Its proximity to downtown transportation, Lunds for groceries and wine, and Loring Park for sun and relaxation make this a great home. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to live (and work) in downtown Minneapolis.
