Property Ratings at Loretto at Creekside
I originally rented from one company and halfway through my lease, they changed ownership. Everything quickly went downhill, they charged us for many bogus repairs when we left and everything was in great shape and we have photos. They charged me for the door peep hole replacement, due to sun damage. Except $2k in charges when you move out, they did the same to our neighbors.
Don’t rent from here!! I filled out an application online for a unit. Got a quote which was supposed to be good for 2 days. I went in the same day and was told the price was wrong online even though it let me fill out the application and was told the price. Leasing agent was also bad. Didn’t care about anything I said and acted like she just wanted me to leave. There are plenty of other properties in the area that will treat you better. I would look elsewhere. Reading other reviews I see I am not the only one that feels this way.
Management does not enforce rules or respond to resident complaints. Noisy neighbors; bags of trash on breezeway floors all day everyday. This is tip of iceberg.
The complex is extremely well kept and the staff is always helpful. The maintenance team has always fixed any issue in a timely manner. Convenient location for those who commute!
My family and I just moved from out of state, and thanks to Ruby in the leasing office made the process very simple and easy. We are in love with the pool!
My boyfriend and I love it here! We moved in around the summer time last year and have loved every minute of it. Staff is super friendly, maintenance is quick to address any problems you’re having. Gym and pool are extremely nice. It’s affordable and luxurious all in one!

I have lived here for almost a year and love it! The management and company have been compassionate to people’s needs, especially during this pandemic. They also try to keep the community together by offering food trucks, events and drawings for the residents. I have enjoyed living here, my neighbors and other residents are very friendly.

I chose to live at Loretto at Creekside after extensive research and reviews. I’m happy that I chose to live here not only for the convenient location but the compassion this company and staff have shown during the pandemic. They have always been understanding of issues that arise and work with the residents. The staff have been sincere and they also know how to keep us involved as a community by offering treats, raffles and welcoming various food trucks for those of us who are too tired to cook some nights. The apartments are as beautiful as shown in the pictures and neighbors are friendly. I’m glad I chose Loretto at Creekside as my home.

I moved in almost 3 years ago. I’ve never had an issue living here. If I’ve had a small issue, management take care of it prettt quickly. My friends live in apartments with paper thin walls and can hear everything their neighbors do, I have not had this issue. Kelsi has always been super helpful!

Staff is helpful most of the time, but can sometimes hear your neighbors & people play bass music in their cars & shine their highbeam lights into your apt at night when your trying to sleep. Other than that, it's usually clean & they for the most part deal with maintenance issues quickly. Wish they had a small outdoor park for kids to play tho, but Texas is know to have pools & skip outdoor amenities for kids to play altogether. Appreciate this complex overall.

They are TOW happy!!! Parking sucks!!!! As a single parent had to spend extra money to have my own parking spot for security reason. Not to mention shooting occurred 2 months ago at the complex. Been parking there in my spot since I moved in. I buy a new car put the sticker that is required on the window purchase after apartment complex closed so couldn’t let them know and my brand new car was tow!!!!!! Not even 24 hrs I had the car!!!! This is not the first time even had to go and add my mom to get extra parking pass in case she needed to watch my child. More money$$$$ Between myself and family members 4 incidence where cars are towed. The tow company guy lives in the apartment complex. So this apartment complex must be getting a cut? Or the guy that lives there is racking in the money!!!! He knows my car and one night new car plates but stink on window my car was towed. Have addressed this and nothing one week to return my call. TRASH dumpster is terrible overflowing I would think with COVID they would have some concerns. Management sucks!! Sure nice and friendly until you sign!!!!! When my contract is up peace out...

My move in process was a breeze! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. My apartment is beautiful and its very spacious. The only downside is the parking situation since there is no assigned parking but I have lived in other apartment and it’s always an issue so I can understand.

It's NOT excellent! You will drown in overflowing TRASH and dirty, badly stained breezeways and landings. Management has been informed and showed photos as documentation--they will do NOTHING! The apartments themselves are ok.

FINALLY! Loretto has finally given us that sense of “home” that we’ve been looking for! The staff is amazing. The complex is exceptional in all areas. The area is great. I can’t complain! I will say in terms of parking, it’s pretty first come first serve so be mindful of that and maybe opt to getting an assigned parking spot. I would definitely recommend Loretto at Creekside to everyone! I am so glad we moved here!
Absolutely love this place, a well earned 5 stars. Genuine staff who are more than happy to help with any problems you may have. Extremely pet friendly with large areas for you to walk your pets and for them to use the restroom. The trash is never overfilled and the whole complex is clean. Out of all the apartments I have lived in The Loretto has by far been the best in every aspect. I highly recommend anyone considering a new home to look no further as this is the nicest place i have ever lived and honestly they should be charging a higher rent than they do.
I'll start with the cautions: 1) The parking situation was atrocious! Everyone and his mother seemed to park there. If you arrived home after 7 on most any evening, you'd probably circle the lot looking for a spot. I had to park at the far opposite end of the complex sometimes, and I found what was either the last or next-to-last spot. Now, the complex did address the problem, and parking permits are now required, so that's the positive side. The negative side is this isn't really a complex loaded with families: it's many apartments with many roommates, and all these roommates have cars which require a parking spot. The parking permit situation began just as I left, so I couldn't tell you if it has improved. 2) It's a new complex, and like many new complexes around here, sometimes corners were cut during construction. I'm not saying the place is going to disintegrate around you, but there are definitely some lapses in quality: plumbing maladjusted and windows with some minor air leaks. Maintenance was usually quick resolve the matters, though. The hit-or-miss: 1) It seriously depends on which apartment you receive if you're looking for cheeriness and light. I was in a back apartment on the first floor, and it was just dark in there! It made the apartment have a gloomy feeling. Those closer to the pool definitely have more light. 2) The location is a toss-up. First of all, you're legally in San Antonio, but everything has a Live Oak address, so it depends on how civic you want to be. You're part of a city in which you can't have a say in the government, and you vote in a city which you aren't a part of. There are big box retailers nearby, but the road configuration makes them a pain in the neck to get to. Finally, there are several positives to the place. The staff was helpful. The place was quite well-kept. The pool and amenities such as the business center and gym were great! I overall didn't have any bad experiences here whatsoever.
