My move-in experience at this apartment community has been amazing from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and easy, and everything I needed was clearly accessible. The management office has been incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I’ve had—they really made me feel supported throughout the whole process. From the tour to signing the lease to picking up my keys, everything felt organized and stress-free. I truly appreciate how attentive and urgent the staff is when it comes to communication and making sure residents are taken care of. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far, and I’m excited to continue living here. I can’t wait to settle in and enjoy my new home.
I recently moved into The Lore, and I have to say this place has exceeded every expectation! The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the amenities have everything you need. From day one, Jennifer, the community manager, has been incredible. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and you can tell she truly wants everyone to feel at home. I highly recommend this community to anyone!
Lore apartments is brand new! They have a speakeasy, an amazing fitness center, and I can't wait for my room top deck to open. I don't want to sound corny but I love the parties thrown by staff. The Halloween party was the best! Jennifer, Brian, Raquel and Mike dressed up as nuns. The plant lady was a clever costume. Loved the puppy dressed like a teddy bear. Look forward to living my best life at Lore.

I have lived in Greystar properties before and as usual the amenities are stunning, the units are brand new with gorgeous finishes, and honestly, I couldn’t have designed a better community myself. The location is perfect in my opinion, you’re close to downtown Salem with all its history and energy, near Salem State University, and just down the road from Whole Foods.
