Lookout View Townhomes

Staff and facilities are amazing. We just moved in and couldn’t have had a better experience! Staff is more than willing to answer all of our questions and has helped us with any problems we have had. I would highly recommend.

Have loved living here so far! Everyone in the community is friendly and have not had any issues. They are building a lot in the area so I feel like the community will continue to grow over the next few years.

I haven’t been here long but I really like it. It doesn’t have a ton a of green space which is sad. I wish it had a gym and some sort of communal space. But other than that it’s a great location! I’m happy to be here.

These homes are very nice and very good environment! I have enjoyed living in this space with my friends and there is more than enough space for 4 people!

Everything is beautiful. We love our townhouse. It is quiet and comfortable. It is also in a terrific location and easy to get to everything in the city.

Great on the inside except no bathtub No Green space, No pool No workout or gym No deck, balcony, porch, Too much concrete NO BATH:(((((

The place is nice, clean, and responsive to any issues. It is also affordable and in a convenient location to access recreation activities and downtown.

I am still in the process of moving in, but my experience so far has been amazing. I am so humbled and honored to be a resident, for the features are outstanding, the vision of the floor plan is futuristic, and the amenities are updated.

We love our townhome! It’s in such a nice location with a beautiful view of lookout mountain! The space is very up to date with all the amenities we need.

I’ve had an okay experience here. I get that they are new, so they are figuring out a lot as they go, but it’s been confusing. Townhomes are pretty, but there were LOTS of different kinds of bugs in mine when we first moved in. Probably because they are new, but they don’t offer any big services, so I had to get rid of them on my own. I still have problems with lots of centipedes coming in. I couldn’t figure out how to pay for rent in the portal, and I never got a real answer on where to go. Turns out the link I was given was somehow missing the payment tab, so I’m pretty sure I was charged a 10% late fee even though I had the money the entire time. There’s a lot of suspicious looking people that walk through our little community to go to the dollar store. Overall, it’s been fine, but they could give us a better rundown on expectations and how to use the portal before we move in. I’d still recommend this community to people as I’m sure they are slowly getting everything together.

Fantastic place, new construction, great floor plan…Alex the Agent very customer centric and does an awesome job! I highly recommend Lookout View if you are looking in the Downtown area!

Lookout View Townhomes is a new, community. The roads can be noisy, but the residents are well-mannered. The housing manager is the best part of the community. The houses are nice.

This townhome is in such a nice quiet area! It’s just minutes from downtown. The unit was clean and easy to access with plenty of parking. And it has all new appliances!

Amazing neighbors, super nice and quiet area, close to everything you’d ever need from food to stores to downtown to outside of the town! I couldn’t have choose a better place to live

The moving process was an easy and straightforward process. The communication was very easy and I was happy with how it turned out. The townhome was clean and the house was well maintained.

I found the application process easy, communication has been very good, and Al my questions were answered clearly. Staff went above and beyond to help me get the home I desired.
