Property Ratings at Long Lane Apartments
This is the worst apartment complex ever. The elevator is always out of order. The heat is controlled and barely is turned on. Homeless people get in and sleep in the doorway. The water is randomly turned off with no notice. There are pest and rodents. The staff is dismissive. If you lock yourself out, the wait is a hour plus. The rent constantly goes ip but no problem is ever solved. TREAT YOUR TENANTS BETTER!!!!!
I’ve lived here for 3 years. Worst apartment ever. Roach and mice infested! They send out the same exterminator every week and it’s like he sprayed down water! No change at all! I don’t recommend moving here at all!
I have lived in my current apartment for 6 years and love the location the staff are nice and always willing to work with you if you communicate with them. They keep the grounds nice and clean. When it snows they clear the pathways for to walk safely. The closets are big enough for you to store a lot of stuff, floors are hardwood and if you want carpet just let them know. Bedrooms are big enough to have two beds. If you have a problem they will come and fix it if not the same day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay
I have been living at Long Lane Apartments for about a year and I have to say that the team that keeps this place up does a great job! Louise, the office manager, is great! She is always there is you get locked out or if you need anything and she really loves what she does and it shows. Also, the maintenance team here is fantastic. Very friendly people that are right on the problem when it occurs. I have never seen a maintenance team as quick to act. The apartments are nice inside and they include all of the utilities. All and all this is a good place to call home.
I moved in here a couple weeks ago, and I have to say I am really impressed at how the office provided such a smooth transition for me. I love my apartment, it is nice and cozy and big enough to entertain. Great location with septa right down the street! Thanks Brenda!!
