Great place to live. Nice community with multiple pools and gyms. A dog park and good parking/garages available. The people who work in the leasing office are great. Good amenities in the clubhouse including a cappuccino machine, a business office, a pool table, ample seating, and public bathrooms.

I moved in Lone Oak Apts. in December of 24 so far I have had a great experience. Apts are clean bug free and maintenance is on it when there is an issue. The community is always clean and people are friendly . Staff is sensational and always friendly and willing to help. I really love living here and shopping for what you need is also close.

Very pleasant place to live at. Love the fact that there has not been any drama with residents it’s pretty much a quite community. There is great access for groceries, restaurants and shopping in general everything is right down the block.

I love it here. I wish I didn’t hear my neighbors walking above me but I guess it’s due to hard wood floors. Other than that, it’s great. It’s quiet, clean and updated.

My son and I love living here. Over the past 10 years my son and I have lived in a few apartment complexes in CA and TX and this community is by far our favorite. We have had a couple issues with our new upstairs neighbor being a nuisance, but that staff have dealt with it in the most professional way possible. Thank you all for making our time here the utmost pleasurable. We love the pools, the 24 hour gym, and the community activities the best!

The place is great and in a really good area but there is a lot of pest issues, leaks and you can hear the neighbors upstairs extremely too well. We’ve had pest control come many times but seems like the gaps in our unit is just too much. Water leaks into the baseboards as well.

Your service request record does not reflect that a work order has been submitted since 01/2024. Please reach out to submit a service request for a leak and pest control as soon as possible. We encourage you to reach out to courtesy patrol for noise concerns afterhours at 512-388-7060. Courtesy patrol will go to the apartment, address the noise concern, and then send the office a report of what occurred. Feel free to give us a call with any questions! We're always happy to help. Very nice apartments, good maintenance team. Just very tedious about their trash value rules and trying to apply trash fees any chance they can it seems. The pools often need to be better cleaned but all around a safe apartment complex.

I love living at Lone Oak - I have resided here for 8 years. The location is perfect, close to major highways, stores and restaurants yet tucked away enough to have peace and quiet. The apartments are modern and cozy and the staff is wonderful to take care of any need you may have. I highly recommend Lone Oak Apartments as a place to call home!

I truly enjoy my space. My view from my patio is amazing! I love the pool area. I would recommend actual pest control services and property maintenance to be conducted in the area behind apartments. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist when approached. My main concern is letting residents know the ordinance laws and courtesy of not being loud and disruptive during the night hours so that there are reduced calls about dogs barking for extended periods or loud music in the middle of the night. More parking spaces please for actual lessees. Toiletries stocked in the gym would be nice. Overall, my experience has been extremely pleasant. Thank you.

I loved living at Lone Oak apartments. My 1 bedroom was very spacious. I lived here for 4 years and always loved it. I had wonderful neighbors and the complex is pretty quiet and I always felt safe here. Office staff is always very nice and they do a lot for the community and for residents. Lone Oak has the best maintenance staff. Any issues have always been addressed in a timely manner. Jose (maintenance supervisor) is always very nice and personable. CeCe

Very friendly staff & very clean, regularly cleaning the apartment grounds. Hallways get pressure washed & very nice interior. Trash service is really great & staff is informative & friendly with e-mails. Haven’t had a bad experience with anyone yet, really nice neighborhood & very well priced apartments .

Gate nearly always stuck shut, open, or halfway. Also someone tried to steal my car until my husband chased him away. Other than that… we like it.
