I love living here. The community is incredibly safe and that’s super comforting especially with a little one. The location is also a big perk, it’s hard to find walkable areas, but if that’s what you’re looking for, this is it!

I love how the apartment complex has a lot of cool events such as movie nights and food truck events. A lot of the events are also free for residents which makes the event even better because who doesn’t love free things !!

It was nice until about a year ago, but recently lone oak has been declining a bit. i often find bottle caps and trash in and around the pool area and dog poop in the grass. the staff are good but it feels like the community has less respect for public spaces compared to before.

I love these apartments and everything that they do for the community. I would give a 5 star but i hate how thin the walls are I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors take.

I love the space and staff. The gym needs updated equipment, and the floor boards need to either be thicker or use insulation. I enjoy the privacy and serenity from my apartment.

The property is quiet and great. I do wish there were a few more visitor parking spaces to factor in other tenants with guests that occupy the 3-4 spaces on the opposite side of the leasing office.

Overall, the experience is good. There are noise complaints mostly due to the nature of the hard floors of the upper floors and the walls being very thin. Other than that, we have loved living here.

Excellent experience! Very advisable! Is a peaceful and quiet place. The team is very friendly and special, they help when you need it. It's reliable place, always clean and harmonious. It's comfortable to live in. The apartments are in very good condition.

Just moved in, and the process was smooth and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The environment is very quiet and overall a peaceful place to be at. I recently had an issue with the dryer, and immediately the maintenance crew went and checked on it the same day just in a few hours. They were very friendly and helped us solve our issue. Love it here! Great pool and staff. I think the gym could use some newer equipment and I wish there were some more parking spots closer to apt building 2. Other than that for the price and location alone Oaks is a great Apt complex that I would recommend to those looking

My 11 year old son and I LOvE it here: the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in in my almost 5 decades of living in apartment complexes all over the US. Staff is great! Friendly, warm, helpful , and caring. And the atmosphere of the complex is simply serene . It is so peaceful and quiet all of the time , allowing the sounds of the cardinals and sparrows all - day chirping and singing to permeate the atmosphere. I highly recommend Lone Oak to anyone seeking an apartment lifestyle.

I have lived here for almost ten years and I love it here. It is a great community. It is quiet. Maintenance is great and very attentive. The office staff is always helpful. The new option to use Flex to pay for rent is super helpful. I cannot say enough good about living here.

I love how quiet the area is and how much space I have in my 1 bedroom. I also love the fact that we are closer to many shopping centers and grocery stores as well.

Great place to live. Nice community with multiple pools and gyms. A dog park and good parking/garages available. The people who work in the leasing office are great. Good amenities in the clubhouse including a cappuccino machine, a business office, a pool table, ample seating, and public bathrooms.

I moved in Lone Oak Apts. in December of 24 so far I have had a great experience. Apts are clean bug free and maintenance is on it when there is an issue. The community is always clean and people are friendly . Staff is sensational and always friendly and willing to help. I really love living here and shopping for what you need is also close.

Very pleasant place to live at. Love the fact that there has not been any drama with residents it’s pretty much a quite community. There is great access for groceries, restaurants and shopping in general everything is right down the block.
