Very pleasant place to live at. Love the fact that there has not been any drama with residents it’s pretty much a quite community. There is great access for groceries, restaurants and shopping in general everything is right down the block.
Great community. It is clean and well maintained. The office comes up with good resident events and activities. I had nothing but good experience living here for the past year and a half now.
Great, quiet community, with lots of amenities, friendly people. The pool is amazing all year round. Great gym for you active folks! And a dog park for the furbabies!!
Chill place great people friendly neighborhood. Leasing office cares for its tenants whether it’s a maintenance issue or just a issue in general they help out in a timely manner.

I love it here. I wish I didn’t hear my neighbors walking above me but I guess it’s due to hard wood floors. Other than that, it’s great. It’s quiet, clean and updated.

My son and I love living here. Over the past 10 years my son and I have lived in a few apartment complexes in CA and TX and this community is by far our favorite. We have had a couple issues with our new upstairs neighbor being a nuisance, but that staff have dealt with it in the most professional way possible. Thank you all for making our time here the utmost pleasurable. We love the pools, the 24 hour gym, and the community activities the best!

The place is great and in a really good area but there is a lot of pest issues, leaks and you can hear the neighbors upstairs extremely too well. We’ve had pest control come many times but seems like the gaps in our unit is just too much. Water leaks into the baseboards as well.

Very nice apartments, good maintenance team. Just very tedious about their trash value rules and trying to apply trash fees any chance they can it seems. The pools often need to be better cleaned but all around a safe apartment complex.

I love living at Lone Oak - I have resided here for 8 years. The location is perfect, close to major highways, stores and restaurants yet tucked away enough to have peace and quiet. I truly enjoy my space. My view from my patio is amazing! I love the pool area. I would recommend actual pest control services and property maintenance to be conducted in the area behind apartments. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist when approached. My main concern is letting residents know the ordinance laws and courtesy of not being loud and disruptive during the night hours so that there are reduced calls about dogs barking for extended periods or loud music in the middle of the night. More parking spaces please for actual lessees. Toiletries stocked in the gym would be nice. Overall, my experience has been extremely pleasant. Thank you.

I loved living at Lone Oak apartments. My 1 bedroom was very spacious. I lived here for 4 years and always loved it. I had wonderful neighbors and the complex is pretty quiet and I always felt safe here. Office staff is always very nice and they do a lot for the community and for residents. Lone Oak has the best maintenance staff. Any issues have always been addressed in a timely manner. Jose (maintenance supervisor) is always very nice and personable. CeCe

Very friendly staff & very clean, regularly cleaning the apartment grounds. Hallways get pressure washed & very nice interior. Gate nearly always stuck shut, open, or halfway. Also someone tried to steal my car until my husband chased him away. Other than that… we like it.

My experience since I been here has not been good. It is too noisy I haven't gotten any sleep since I been here. I am up every night until pass midnight before I can go to sleep. I have complain thru the portal and even called the courtesy patrol. I don't know how much longer I can deal with no sleep. The neighbors are too noisy and no respect for other people yelling, shouting and very loud that I can record the sounds from the bedroom late at night. It seem like it is not enforce here as much because the neighbor gets louder and louder every night. Kids are running up and down the hallways and stairs with no parents in sight. I can not even take a walk on the grounds because I am constantly stepping on dog poop every where. People are not picking up after their pets even though bags are provided and trash cans. Why have a pet if they don't take full responsibilities for it. I don't know if I would recommend this place to anyone. Since I been here less than a month.

I love the community, it’s very quiet, all the neighbors are very friendly. The dog park is big and very well taken care of. The property is always clean.

The property is nice and the location is amazing. The maintenance team is really great at providing customer service to residents. The office staff is about 50/50 on their customer relations. Some are typically professional and polite, one or two of the others could use a crash course in how to treat people, in general.

This is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and close to everything. The amenities are great and there are lots of fun activities for residents.

I have lived at Lone Oak going on 8 years and love it here, The amenities, floor plans, location all are just perfect to fit all of my needs. I would recommend this community for sure as the perfect place to call home!

Love it here. Everyone is so nice and pretty much keep to themselves. Quiet community with lots of amenities, for instance, not 1 but 2 pools!! Gym, dog park. Food truck vendors. Maintenance is awesome, I put a work order in and they came within an hour and fixed my problem quickly!

I have loved living here so far! Love that it is on top of the hill and at a central location so you can travel to Austin or Georgetown for events! Lots of space in the apartments and facilities!

Apartment has been very nice to live in! Noise level is pretty decent for such a large complex. Lots of privacy with the building layout. Located in a very safe place so there’s never a fear of being out alone or using the amenities late at night or in the early morning.

Is a good neighborhood around, the buildings are very clean, the staff and maintenance are nice. This community is close to groceries store, hospitals and the I35.
