The manager was so great that she gave me a tour today even though they weren’t technically open of the grounds and the office. I did some submit an application be moving in October 15 can’t wait.
I love the park right across street from my apartment where I walk my dog! It’s super quiet and clean

Living in this apartment has been an amazing experience. The unit itself is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. Appliances are all up to date and energy-efficient, which makes daily living both easy and comfortable. The building is very well maintained, and common areas are always clean and secure. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the sense of community among neighbors. Parking and amenities are convenient, and everything from grocery stores to restaurants is just minutes away. Management has been outstanding — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any questions or requests are handled quickly, which really makes a difference. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a modern, safe, and well-managed living space.
I've been watching renovations for the past year and a half and was ready when they have their first tour they look good I love the flooring in the white countertops they made them look a really nice and I'm glad that they covered the pools and they have a pet part not open yet but it will be it's a great place if you have cats or dogs are managers summer she does a lot of things for us always letting us know about anything and anytime we've had anything on issue come up she's been very promised to fix it right away she's great make sure to check out
These newly modernized apartments/lofts are great! They offer lots of space, are pet friendly, and are in a good location. The best part is that even with all the upgrades it is still so affordable!

Recently moved in and I love it. The apartment manager was super helpful and the place is spacious and very clean. It is right acriss from a park which i love. I would recommend living here to anyone!
Loved the floor and the spacingand the water pressure and ac worked great bummed that there was no ceiling fan but other then that it gave off a great atmosphere
Everything is within reach. The plaza, Mercy Hospital, The airport. Don't have to travel too far for what I want.

Cheap and very affordable and very welcoming to all my sibling Adrienne and her girlfriend Zoey lives there and they can’t stop talking about it.
It’s new, it’s nice, it’s quiet yet centrally located in Ft smith. It’s private, there’s a park across the street, it’s affordable, it’s a great place to be.
Recently moved in a couple months ago & it has been the best experience ever ! From Tour till move in date everything was so smooth and Summer the property manager was so helpful with our whole experience! I recommended this place to a few friends that should be moving in after phase two is complete & I know for sure they’ll love it as much as I have !

The amenities are also a big plus—My apartment was clean and well-maintained when I moved in, and any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. The management staff (Summer) has been friendly and responsive, which makes a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend lofts on park to anyone looking for a great place to live!
We moved in recently and it honestly was worth the wait!! When we first moved in there were a couple things nothing major and the staff quickly got things fixed right away. Summer has been so patient and super helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!!
The apartments are all brand new and super nice. I had all brand new appliances and the property manager (Summer) has been super helpful with everything so far. I had quite a bit of water issues when I first got here, but they got promptly resolved and I am now very happy with everything. It is easily the best place I have every rented from, and all for a great price.
This place is great!! There were a few hiccups with the apartments just opening to the public, but the manager was great about keeping everyone informed and helping work around the issues! The maintenance team is quick and friendly. They have either been here the same day or very next morning and fixed any issue I've had!
Recently moved in I love it. Its newly remodeled has brand new appliances including a dishwasher. Place pretty quiet outside of the fact renovating is still happening. The staff is amazing and responds promptly. I 10/10 recommend.Thanks lofts on park team!!!
The moving was rocky but when is moving not hard but it's a been an awesome experience being here the management has been helpful through the whole stay and helping figure things out when something goes wrong it's an amazing place to live
After waiting for The Lofts on Park to open, let me just say that the wait was definitely worth it. Our home is so beautiful, and everything was so meticulously constructed! For the price, you just simply can’t beat it. There were definitely some bumps in the road, but everything was handled so swiftly and professionally by management that we didn’t even have time to stress. Summer is the most delightful person and manager you could ever hope for!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!
