Lofts on Grove

Lofts on Grove is the ideal blend of city living, while also being nestled in a charming neighborhood with plenty to do. The staff is superb, and the sound proofing alone was enough for me to resign my lease!

Experience has been great so far!! Jacob was super helpful with the move-in process. Excited to have joined the community. Can’t wait to walk to Lucy’s for breakfast.

The price is SO great for a brand-new building. The parking is a bit tough for guests but honestly there are so many city lots and street parking nearby, having to walk a few extra feet is not that bad! FIKA is open as well so that's super convenient for a coffee in the morning. Only 2 miles from GR so Ubers are cheap which is nice. Overall, a good apartment complex!

I've lived here for 8 months and I love it! It's quiet, clean, and the management team is responsive and helpful. I love the amenities and having a washer and dryer in my apartment is a game-changer! The location is nice as it is close to downtown, but not in the heart of the noise and action. I would recommend anyone to check it out.

I have nothing but good things to say about living here! Tidy, quiet, staff is great. Anytime I need anything they are super responsive and get things done in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t quite consider it “luxury” but it’s decent. Countertops and equipment are nice, but the floors are very cheap. A little expensive for what’s actually offered, but the area is nice.

Great place great location Jake is the best to work with. Dogs are welcome and loved by everyone. I would recommend if looking for a good location and friendly neighborhood

I love the location, the building is gorgeous. Jake from leasing is awesome! However, I think the parking options are restricted, I wish there were spaces for visitors.

Everything has been awesome since we moved in! The unit is all very nice and well kept from the previous unit. We enjoy the community thus far, everyone has been super nice. There have been no surprises since we moved in which is very nice, as I always worry about that when moving in.

So far, a great place to live. The staff is amazing and so kind. The apartments are very quiet and cannot hear the neighbors. The only downside is the extra expenses each month for a parking spot but it is nice having a place to park in the back. There is also no guest parking.

Lofts on Grove has made the process super easy and were very helpful with any questions I had along the way. They were responsive and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get information.

Great. Love how quiet it is. The only complaint that I have is that there is no guest parking, so they have to park on the road. Would reccomend.

Lofts on Grove is the perfect place to call home! Soundproofed apartments, great layouts, and a fantastic staff who are happy to assist with any needs!

Jacob made moving in very easy and went above and beyond. I am fully satisfied so far and love the amenities and the neighborhood. Wish there was more parking but it’s easy enough to find parking very close by that it isn’t an issue.

Nothing but good things to say about living at lofts on grove! Great area, great neighbors, great staff! I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a new community to live in.

Beautiful apartment with helpful staff. Anytime i need anything they are super helpful and come right away. The apartments are affordable and in a great up and coming area.

Love most things about the place other than the homeless gentleman who frequents the outer hallway. These steps are enclosed and you need a resident key fob to enter. Not sure who is holding the door/letting them in but please don't. I'm not insensitive to the plight of the homeless, however this man is in here often and has access to the inner hallways/apartments too. If he goes out, he would not be able to enter again without door locking behind him. This poses several problems, and I thought the stain/urine smell on the cement steps was someone's dog, but now I'm wondering.

We still love living here at the Lofts, however, the weed smell in our hallway (first floor) has gotten out of control and for me personally, it's really bothersome; especially when it's supposed to be a non-smoking building. Otherwise, we are looking forward to Fika being in the space & appreciate how friendly the Lofts staff is!

Overall the maintenance team gets things done quickly (something I’ve never experienced) everyone is friendly including the dogs. Only thing I can say i don’t like is that some times the hallways smell of cat pee.

Zero amenities, annoying construction, horrible parking situation, grounds aren’t well kept and if you see a piece of trash somewhere, you can expect to see it for the next few weeks. At least two emails sent out a day complaining at us for something that is usually a result of the way the community is set up (i.e; parking situation, construction issues). Also please do not think this is some kind of walkers paradise being off Plainfield, there is nothing helpful in walking distance from this place but even if there was, the homeless people harassing you as soon as you step out of the parking lot would deter you. This apartment is fine, usually quiet, but terribly small for the price and for the annoyances living here there are MUCH better places in Grand Rapids. Also places that don’t constantly smell like weed!

from the application process through the move in - everything has been well executed and handled with certainty and care. the team has been thorough and the living community is peaceful, secure and welcoming.

apartments are super high end, with all new appliances including washer and dryer in unit all the leasing staff is so nice and am so happy i moved here

The management team are phenomenal at making you feel more than just another tenant!! With surprise treats and gatherings of the community to accepting our furry friends with treats as well to making sure the grounds are kept well and safe for us!! Thanks Lofts On Grove ??

Touring, signing and moving into lofts on grove has been nothing short of amazing! I’m so thankful for the pleasant, responsive, easy to work with staff.

It's been really great so far living in the complex. It's nice and quiet and I appreciate the communication from the property managers. Would recommend the Lofts of GR to others.

Absolutely love living here. the community is great and the staff are amazing. Was going through a difficult time and the staff sent us flowers! they go above and beyond to make our home life so enjoyable.

Lofts on Grove is a friendly, safe environment with great staff who are there to help when needed. Quick to take action on any problems that arise. The only thing is that the apartments are a little small for the price that you are paying so if they could lower the monthly price slightly it would be perfect. Overall, it's a great place to live.

Management is very prompt with their replies and the staff is super friendly. Great community involvement, and the apartments are beautiful.

Quiet, Peaceful. No complaints. Great staff. The location is awesome with restaurants and shops right up the strip. Everything you need is within walking distance.

We enjoy it here. It has all the bells and whistles. The cleaning crew could do a bit better job on the main building but it's still a very clean place. The parking situation is the only thing I can knock this place on. It's limited, uncovered not very easy to access for deliveries or loading. When it snows due to it being uncovered everyone just kind of parks wherever as no one can read what number their spot is. I think the next building should have either free uncovered parking, paid covered parking, or a mixture of both.

Lofts on Grove is the perfect place to call home! It is a great community, in a wonderful neighborhood. Ample parking available, soundproofed apartments and spacious open layouts!

The whole experience here has been great living here. Definitely recommend living here. Location and other residents are amazing. Plenty of things to do in this neighborhood.

Love my storage space, balcony, sunlight, and kitchen! It has been a great experience living at Lofts on Grove so far. Great up and coming location as well. Excited about the new cafe going in!

A little small for the price, but a very nice location. Wish they had an outdoor grilling section. If they can find a way to lower the monthly rent, then this would be the perfect complex.

Very pretty and modern looking. Have run into a few maintenance issues very quickly after moving in. Have noticed water doesn’t get super hot in the shower sometimes. Overall very nice place to live.

Such a beautiful apartment complex and an up and coming community! Everyone within the building is so friendly and I love my space! Cannot recommend enough. :)

I love that the apartments close enough to downtown that it's the shortest drive I can downtown from the model apartment. Creston neighborhood is super walkable and has a cool artsy vibe, which I like. The concrete floors will help with sound proofing, which I like. Can't wait to move in!
