Okay

The office staff changes too often to blame anyone for unresolved issues. The company shouldn’t allow people to have air bnbs they don’t care about our stuff because they don’t live here. Our gym was nice until someone stole/threw out the window our equipment. The people who do live here and allow their dogs to defile areas we walk are sad and I’m glad they will be fined moving forward. It’s ridiculous residents have to pay to use our lounge because someone who doesn’t live here misused it. I haven’t had any package issues so the new system works well. Overall the lofts are nice and most people who live here are great. But the rambunctious few typically ruin it for the many.

They Go Above & Beyond

I feel 15 years younger being here! Kudos and Call-Outs to Payton and Melissa! Thanks for always saying “hi!” My dog has his own “Howl-Out” to the maintenance staff. Kenneth stops to ask about his buddy (my pup) every time I see him. Even brought him a chew toy which shows a kindness not often found. Rent is reasonable and seems there’s always an effort to have community involvement. From touring the Soccer Park to discounted Blues tickets….awesome! Highly recommended!

Affordability and Proximity

Lofts at the HUPP is a lovely complex to live! It’s a few blocks away from the STL City soccer stadium, a mile from Busch Stadium and Enterprise Stadium, and a mile off I-64! Walking distance from Schlafly’s Taproom and Brick River Cider, and on the Metro route!! It’s a modern industrial 3 floor building that offers 1 & 2 bedroom units! Units come with a full kitchen, washer and dryer units, full bathrooms, and beautiful concrete floors! There are both stairs and an elevator in the building! Offers both indoor and outdoor secured parking, indoor temp controlled storage units on each floor and is PET FRIENDLY! The best part about the rooms is that each gets a view through these beautiful floor to ceiling windows that open! The street is relatively quiet and clean. So far, there hasn’t been any crime around the complex! If you have dogs, there isn’t a dog park or large grassy potty area on the grounds, but a block away is a dental clinic with a large grass area and a block further is an even bigger vacant grass lot that our dogs love to walk to! The residents are friendly and clean, the maintenance staff is unbeatable, and the property managers actually care! You can take all your questions and concerns to them and rest assured it will be handled to your satisfaction!! We love it here! We’re new to the apartment life in search for our forever home and this building is definitely a great place for our family in the transition! Did I mention it has various clubrooms with kitchens and TVs for events? Or that it offers a gym? Because it does!! It even has a trash chute and a secured mail room!! If you’re looking for affordable downtown living with a modern aesthetic, you need to rent a unit at HUPP! You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome

I'm really enjoying my resident here at the Hupp. Payton and Bethany are really showing a lot of change. The atmosphere is very laid back, residents are friendly and the staff is awesome even maintenance are quick and efficient. I don't see any problems to complain about except we need to keep getting great residents. I recommend the you give them a try you're love it. Bethany and Payton are always looking for great incentives for their residents. Kudos Thank you V. Cross

Hood UnPeaceful Projects

1. Very poor management 2. Unsafe environment 3. Noisy neighbors 24/7 4. Not worth the price

Look elsewhere

By and large, these are nice units and a good looking building. They probably aren't going to stay that way. In the lobby, they left holes in the wall for months after removing a TV mount they never put a TV on. They still haven't put the TV's in the party room they advertised when they opened the building. There's no furniture in the outdoor space. Someone ran into the garage a month ago and they haven't fixed it. They let the trash rooms fill up. They rarely clean the public spaces. The elevator stinks. People let their dogs pee on the floor in the halls and don't clean it up. They do nothing to manage the parking that you are paying extra for. The manager frequently leaves the building unlocked over night and over the weekend. You can get better service for less money in other places.

AMAZING JOB!

I am so excited about moving into these amazing lofts In October. The developer has done a great job with the renovation. the amenities are going to be great. And the location- is just right!
