We really enjoy it here! The community is great and we enjoy the amenities. The events are fun and a great way to create friendships. Our cat likes it here too.
Came here after a lengthy discussion with the management of our ability to afford the rent and other expenses because of my pending retirement and disability. Finally got it sorted out and moved in. Only to find as the first month was going by the seemingly terrible preparation of the apartment for the new tenants. Dog hair is everywhere every time the AC comes on and with my wife’s allergies it has become unbearable. The shower leaks mold has formed behind the toilet and floor. The refrigerator is not level slams the door for it into the cabinets next to it. The upstairs neighbors don’t respect the noise level and stomping on the sealing is almost every single morning. I understand kids but please! The second bathroom shower water temperature drops when used at the same time as the washer. They didn’t wipe down the appliance or anything else before we moved in. For the amount of trouble that we inconvenience ourselves with you would have thought it would have been spotless.
Alexandra was amazing. Everyone was very kind and respectful. The process did take some steps but, everything went smoothly. My husband and I love this place.
Good so far, everyone is really nice and the facilities are great! The apartment was vacuumed upon arrival and honestly looks dandy. Can't wait!
I love it here. Maintenance is always quick to fix things and management has been amazing. I love all of the amenities and inclusions. Im so happy to be living here.

Haven’t been in the community very long but the staff had made the whole process very easy and was very accommodating and the property is very well kept and managed
After living a month at the Lodge Phase 1, my wife and I are very impressed with the community. The apartments are quiet (or we have great neighbors), the maintenance team is very quick with work orders and very friendly, especially Mr. Collin. The leasing office is amazing! We were looking for apartments in the Springs area and 99% of the complexes we reached out to were AI-automated and did not answer any of our questions. Ms. Vanessa on the other hand was prompt to respond to all of our questions, even asking us questions that we didn't think of. She was very understanding because I was out of state at the time. They also have an event coordinator who does an amazing job with networking events. Our first month here, there was a peanut butter cookie bake. They also host a monthly continental breakfast. If gyms are what you're looking for, theirs is superb. Located in the Phase 2 part of the community, it has quite a lot packed in while being spacious and very well maintained.

Nice community - newer, clean, quiet. Did have a few things not working properly in the unit at move in - furnace, shower head, refrigerator. But apartment had lots of room. Also, Vanessa and Alex have been a big help in getting my lease set up and helping me get things squared away to move in.

Overall, our experience has been very good. The one complaint is that trying to do anything involving a computer to connect with the Lodge has been an exercise in futility. Even now, I needed to log on to sign a document. It wouldn't accept my password. I followed instructions to change password, I did. Then, I retried to log on...it wouldn't accept my password! We really like our apartment and service is great. Tweak software.

I’ve only lived here for a couple months but it already feels like home. The staff have all been amazing in helping me settle in and the facilities are gorgeous and well maintained. I called the front office with a maintenance request and had someone come within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

To put it all together, living here has been very nice. The amendities and friendly staff make it feel like home. The office has almost always been very kind and helpful. The community is safe and respectful. I'd say one of the downfalls here is maintenance. Overall they are decent, however they often will come out to fix or change something and leave the job incomplete. Other than that, this community is a top notch living arrangement.

Best maintenance team we have ever had when renting. The apartment is nice and we enjoy attending the events every month. I wish the pools were warmer though, even on a really hot day we can't swim for long because the water is so cold. It would also be nice if there was a bigger playground for kids to play on. There are two dog parks but only one small playground.

Fantastic staff, beautiful grounds, great apartments. My one gripe is the snow removal/cleaning crew. Snow stays on the stairs until it melts, and there's broken glass in the main hallway that's been there for almost a year.

Nice place to live quiet and decent size apartments. Maintenance has been one of the best of any place we have rented. The amenities are also well maintained. My kids enjoy the events.

The issues I had were getting my keys (I kept getting the run around), when I went to get my keys from my apartment unit (which weren't there like I was told they'd be) I noticed my apartment hadn't been cleaned which was one of the reasons I was told I couldn't get my keys when I came to pick them up the first time, I've expressed multiple times that my move in day wasn't a good day for me to pick up my keys because my son had therapy scheduled not too long after the time that I got off of work and I wasn't sure if I would've been able to pick them up before the office closed and no one really worked with me as far as picking them up early even though I paid all of my fees weeks in advance, I wasn't notified about window repairs until the day before, and overall my move in was just chaotic to say the least. I've never had these problems with an apartment complex at move in before. There was also no welcome basket or anything similar to it. Most apartments will leave you a welcome gift

I enjoy living here, it is close to work, it has large dog parks and nice walking paths. In general it’s a fairly quiet apartment complex. One pool is year round which is nice. I do wish there were more recumbent bikes in the gym but the gym is still nice.

Maintenance is the best we have ever had renting, the response is quick and things are actually repaired well. Events are fun but it would be nice to have more variety with them. There are a lot of amenities but I feel like they could be improved like a bigger park for kids to play at and I feel like Lisa clubhouse is understocked for what they built it for.
