About Locust Park Apartments
Receive a free goodie bag when you come for a tour with us. We are the key to your path to home ownership. Don't pay the high prices of the new apartment complexes. Our units are totally renovated so as you can have quartz countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring for a fraction of the cost. That means monthly savings to you. We also claim to have the warmest outdoor pool in town. We are locally owned by a wonderful, Christian family since 1991. We also have the same management staff since they bought the complex. Apartment complexes with multiple owners are only interested in the bottom line. We take the time to get to know you. We are there for you. In a world where everything has gotten so impersonal; we are a breath of fresh air. We have newsletters, contests, drawings and an annual barbeque party. We even reward you for bringing friends and family to rent an apartment from us. Here you become a part of our community. — Here's more: Location: Located adjacent to U.S. Highway 34 with easy access to Loveland's main traffic arteries. Surrounded by convenient shopping, gas stations, restaurants, banks, and nearby auto-maintenance and repair facilities — all within handy walking distance. Quiet side-street entrance access. Children are not exposed to heavy highway traffic. Only 4 blocks to the nearest elementary school. We do a criminal check and a credit check. We do not accept anyone with a felony on their record going back 7 years. You must have a credit score of 590 or above.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Locust Park Apartments
Full community feel, like a pool, on-site staff, manacured folage etc. -- yet the cost is very reasonable!
The managers work hard to create community by doing things like offering a Little Library. The managers live at the property so its their home too. The pool is great for kids and a gathering place. The summer flowers are beautiful.
We loved how easy it was to hop on 34 and head up the mountain! Between that, and being able to walk to the store/restaurants whenever we needed- couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The staff is wonderful and the grounds are always taken care of! Whenever we wanted to just relax in the summer, the outdoor pool, was only steps away! Only reason we left was because we bought a house just down the road!
Very well maintained and great location in Loveland.
Great price and great location. I love the landscaping.
Wonderful and friendly! Great management, with prompt response times. We had zero issues in the 4 years we lived there.
Very well maintained reasonably priced and amazing location!
