Located eight miles west of Mile Square, Indianapolis’ bustling city center, is the mostly residential neighborhood of Key Meadows. I’ve been living at Island Club and I really enjoy it here. The grounds are well-kept, and the lake views are beautiful. The apartments are spacious with a good layout, making them very comfortable to live in. There are also great amenities like a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse that provide plenty of activities. The management team is solid. They’re friendly, responsive, and quick to handle any maintenance issues. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping centers, restaurants, and highways, which makes getting around easy. Overall, I’m very happy to call Island Club my home.

Beautiful views and layout is nice. But for the price, I don’t think you get your money’s worth. Apartment is in bad shape- mold everywhere, shower peeling, cheap fixtures, cracks (lot of bugs and spiders), front door doesn’t properly seal, sinking floors, windows don’t stay open, dripping and leaking faucets, air conditioner was broken upon moving in. Maintenance is nice but very understaffed, requests take months. Trash is always overflowing into the street from the dumpster. Office is hit or miss.
This apartment is charging high prices for poor apartments. The apartments are in terrible condition with leaks and bad installed countertops bathroom sinks. There is mold in the tubs. There are many holes inside the apartment which bugs and spiders come through. The toilets are not attached to the floor. The leasing office will show you a model unit then, place you in a a different unit. Do not sign a lease before moving into unit. Please inspect unit before moving it !
I am a new resident at the Island Club Apartments. I felt this was home from the first day I moved in. I had some major issues and the staff in the office came to my rescue. I really appreciate the help from Veronica, Devon, and Neal. My apartment has given my peace and tranquility that I never imagined. This property is a God send.
The apartments themselves are comfortable and very nice area stays clean and the pool looks clean too but in terms of the customer service at the office it needs work. There never seems to be anyone there to help the office is always closed during hours that it should be open
I love Island Club I love majority of my neighbors but I enjoy the peace and the nature.
Island club it a good apartment but they need to take maintenance issues seriously and help the residents.
I have been a resident at Island Club Apartments for 16 plus years and have enjoyed my experience living here. Living with the Green Space feel and the beautiful lake gives you the multi capabilities that are offered in very few apartment communities. Unique to Island Club Apartments is the wonderful 4th of July fireworks displayed from the Island in the center of the lake. It is always awesome. Summer, Winter, Fall, Spring, Island Club is a unique place to live.

I like living here for the most part. When I read the reviews about the office staff (the most consistent issue residents had) I was a little hesitant to proceed with the application, but I haven't had any issues with anyone thus far. The main issues I have is all the trash outside and when moved in I had no screens or torn screens. Overall it's okay!
Would not recommend living here. Management does not address residents needs. Even after requesting maintenance assistance things are not fixed properly nor to satisfaction
Staff member are rude, maintenance is terrible and high price for the apartment
Overall experience living here has been wonderful! Neighbors are friendly enough to wave back if you wave, or speak. If you love dogs, or dont mind a dog community, there are definitely some dogs worth looking at around the community. Luxurious apartments that check just about every box off on my list! Grateful to called a place like this home honestly.

Overall the Island Club is a peaceful place to live. My favorite part is the view. It would be nice for the simple maintenance issues be completed in a more swift manner. It would also be nice if maintenance left a work order document for residents so we know you have been there to complete.

Greystar utilizes too many lazy outside contracted services that do not fulfill their obligations. Come see our untrimmed bushes from the last two months all the way in the back of the complex!

Very nice sized apartments with plenty of space. It overlooks a really nice sized lake. The community across the lake features an annual fire works display for Memorial Day that you can watch from your apartment or lake. It's peaceful watching the boats and watching the ducks. A great place to go for a walk.

My experience at island was and still is horrible I was moved in the wrong apartment by Anthony and still charged extra every month because of his mistake the apartment I moved it had water damage Ive been here for over a year and some of the same request I have are still not done Ive complained to the manager Ive called greystar over 10 times no one has done anything about it !! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND I WOULDN'T Recommend to ANYONE nor a Greystar property they clearly dont care about there tenants

My move in experience was very smooth, the staff were helpful. My apartment is newly renovated which is amazing. It's a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this community for sure.
Apartments need to be re done on the inside. Very bad sewage line for toilets.

i have been quite satisfied in the community
Initially I thought Island Club was great! Then I had to deal with the office staff and thats when my opinion of I.C. changed. The staff is rude and unwilling to help. People speed through the complex, even with the speed bumps. I like the dog park for my dog. The location of the complex is convenient.
I had a leak in my apartment over 3 months ago and now this is what my apartment currently looks like. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to my apartment manager over the last 3 months with no success. On Monday I had another leak and now I fear this could be mold growing. On Monday they also removed my smoke detector which is totally dangerous! I don’t know what else to do to get this resolved?? The leasing agents do not care to help. this is the worst experience i have ever encountered at an apartment complex. Do not waste your money here, it’s awful.

I have had a wonderful experience moving to Island Club. The Staff was Professional, friendly & very informative. They went above and beyond to make the whole process successful and easy for me. I love the floor plan of my apartment. My whole experience so far has been excellent.
Island club threw an AMAZING pool party for its residents today. Great food, good music, and prizes were given away! Thanks to all the staff for putting it on!
