Over developing has ruined this nice little town. You can't drive anywhere anymore without traffic jams. And they continue to build. Disgusting what they have done here. Also all the old neighborhoods flooded after the last hurricane guess who stayed high and dry ......all the new builds.

Zephyrhills is a family oriented place that's on the rise of expanding. I've lived here for years with minimal complaints.

We recently moved out of our home from Tampa palms to zephyrhills. While I'll admit it is a big change my family and I are adjusting well to the area.

Zephyrhills is a very different city than others. In this area alone, there are a handful of activities for teens to partake in but there are not many for children.
