Hey all, I Currently live in wyncote and it's been by far reasonably an affordable place to live. I love the grass areas for my dogs. I do not like that the sidewalks are limited where I am. So it's not walkable. The safety use to be OK until it's noticeable others from nearby by places have stolen packages. Neighbors that live across from me are loud and shout to much. I'm looking forward to a new home With more safety and caring community.

Wyncote is a safe place where activities are held for kids, libraries and schools are easily accessible and access to fast and healthy foods are effortlessly available to residents. The crime rate is relatively very low , children are safe and the neighborhoods are calm.

Wyncote is more family based because you have the parks that around that area and it makes the family feel more welcome. Most of the time there is something that is going on in the township its self that parents can do with their kids. For example the harvest festival that happens every October for Halloween its a lot of fun for when your a little kid.

I have had bad experiences with crime in my area and school. I am not sure if others can relate. I also do not trust the police in my area because they have proven themselves to be less than professional.
