Winslow is small desert city located right on the historic Route 66. A popular road trip stop, Winslow is best known for being featured in lyrics in the hit single, “Take It Easy” by the Eagles. Thousands each year who come to Winslow stop by “Standin’ in the Corner” Park to snap photos at the corner mentioned in the park. Winslow is extremely proud of its connection to the Mother Road and hosts the Annual “Standin’ on the Corner” Festival featuring a beer garden, horseshoe tournament, auction, clothing vendors, and live music. This two-day event brings in visitors from across the globe.

An all-around tourist location, Winslow has several natural landmarks in and around town that are visited frequently. Observe the world's best preserved meteorite impact site on Earth at Meteor Crater Visitor Center or admire ancient ruins of pueblos and petroglyphs while hiking or camping at the Homolovi State Park.

Winslow is a diverse area with very affordable housing. Along with being conveniently located near Route 66, the Winslow-Lindbergh Regional Airport is also in town.
