Great place to live. Convenient to schools, dining, and shopping. Beautiful neighborhood where people care about the home and surroundings in which they live.

As the economy is recovering in Florida, the local businesses can't be expected to be top notch. I've noticed there is a lot of corruption in the larger branches(such as Taco Bell: embezzlement), but the mom-and-pop type shops are usually quite honest and have friendly staff.
