the houses are nice and the neighbors are friendly. however, the roads are too narrow. please fix the roads. Driving up princess Anne in the mornings while Taylor is getting in is a struggle. Has some great places to watch birds.

A great neighborhood with a good vibe. City Life tucked away. Eclectic, diverse, interesting. Nice mix of shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
