I LOVE living in Wash Park. This offers a residential feel with a short commute to downtown. Additionally, being on the south end of the city, I am closer to the mountains than if I lived in RiNo or the Highlands. Rent is more affordable in this area as well.

The Wash Park neighborhood is a lovely place to live in. It is a very green neighborhood and is great for families. The park is a great places to for more athletic people to train or for families to have picnics or gatherings. The public high school in the area - South High School - is a great choice to send your kids as it has a diverse and inclusive community. Gaylord St. and University Blvd. have an array of shops and restaurants that are locally run and good quality. Overall, Wash Park is an ideal neighborhood for people to raise their families.
