Walteria is a wonderful community and the perfect mix of family-friendly safety, excellent schools, and convenience (close proximity to restaurants, big chain stores, local businesses, beach ocean views, sweeping vistas, etc.)

The safest and quietest little enclave in South Torrance that I have known. No loud noises, burglaries (to my knowledge) or other evidence of an unsafe neighborhood. Highly recommend.
