Upland, PA Area Guide

A characterful Philadelphia borough near the banks of the Delaware River

Suburban Quiet Commuter Stadium Community

Upland encompasses just over half a square mile of riverfront land on the outskirts of Philadelphia. Rows of long-standing homes, duplexes, and apartments give Upland a slightly more historic feel than many Philly suburbs, but there are developments both new and old for residents to enjoy. There are a few markets in the area to make running errands easy, and a local diner where residents gather. But most Upland residents venture into the neighboring communities for a more diverse selection of goods and services.

Interstate 95 intersects Upland, so commuters and travelers will have no trouble heading into the city or exploring the surrounding area. Subaru Park, the host of the Philadelphia Union soccer team and concert venue, is just a few minutes south as well, so entertainment is never out of reach.
