The neighborhood stretches from just north of Highway 90 south toward Seminole Golf Course and Club. Because it is so close to campus, University consists of a variety of housing -- ranch-style houses, townhomes, apartment communities, and student housing developments help make this eclectic area even more interesting. Mature trees shade the streets, and residential areas with cul-de-sacs create a suburban feel to this downtown neighborhood. Residents enjoy proximity to Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, home of the Seminoles football team.
