It's been a pleasant experience so far. Easy commute to college and a safe place. Not so many super markets on walking distance but you can find almost everything with in 5 minutes drive.

The area is really nice and accessible. There are plenty of stores and restaurants that could be visited. However, insecurity could be considered a major issue, specially at night. Aside from it, there are bus stops and a train station, which make it really convenient specially for college students.
