Shelton is a beautiful please to leave. It give residence sense of community and security. It has a lot of parks and activities for kids. This place is small enough to feel like home and big enough to be exposed to deferent population. The only thing I would change in my city is to have outdoor public pool for residence.

It's a very good place to live, but I disagree with it tending to lean liberal. We are definitely more leaning Conservative

Shelton is a town in Connecticut with a population of 41,155. Shelton is in Fairfield County. Living in Shelton offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Shelton there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many retirees live in Shelton and residents tend to lean liberal. The public schools in Shelton are above average. There are is a lot of wilderness around, with a few lakes around. If you want to fish, Hope Lake, on Nells Rock Rd actually gets stocked with trout multiple times a year, there are bass in there as well. Beyond trout, go to the Indian Well State Park - not only bass, but also perch and pikes - if during the pay season: park across from the gate, and walk in with a fishing rod= no fee.
