It's a very safe, clean and diverse neighborhood. I love it here. We moved here a year ago. So far we are very impressed.

I've lived in south hill for the past 5 years, prior to that I lived in Puyallup for 16 years. Overall, south hill is okay. There is plenty of shopping and chain restaurants. We have farmers markets in sunrise village on Tuesday nights in the summer. But the amount of property crime is insane, the traffic is even more insane. We are raising our kids here and we are actively looking for a better place.

I have lived here for some time now and find that any housing development you live in there are pretentious neighbors. My HOA is out of control as far as nit picking every little thing. People are somewhat friendly. Any newer housing has little to no yard which is unappealing. Overall an average place to live if you can find a spot without snobby residents. We're moving for a bigger yard, no HOA and more down to earth neighborhood.

People here are very ignorant and dense and un friendly. Matter of fact friendliness is something the whole state struggles with.
