The community and area is very diverse with a lot of new businesses being built. The area is growing with many new residents. There are a lot of things to do as well as many places to travel to. Phoenix is close by and the road system allows for decent transit times.

Traffic is horrible at all times of the day. Whether it is due to construction or commute into the city.

The people in San Tan Valley are very friendly. I love the weather and seeing so many people outside on the amazing walking trails, walking dogs, riding bikes, and enjoying the outdoors. We need more jobs and therapists in this area.

There is a lot stuff being built here which is nice and fun, but the traffic is just SO bad at times it makes you start to hate all the things getting made. But community wish, it is quite well and safe.
