Also along Main Street you’ll discover red street clocks, brick-paved sidewalks, and light posts adorned with hanging floral baskets filled with brightly-colored flowers.

The Jamboree in the Hills outdoor country music festival is a beloved event, and it used to be hosted in Saint Clairsville up until 1989. Because of its growing popularity and conversion to a 4-day event, it relocated to Morristown.
