I like how safe the neighborhood is. I like how family-friendly the neighborhood is with the many public parks and some public events there like movies in the park. I would like to see a more diverse neighborhood and less divisive politics.

Small community, public parks, good schools. Right next to shops and restaraunts. Beach is nearby, everyone is friendly.

Crime and Safety in this area is the best. For example, at least twice or trice a week there will be a cop parked on a street near our street. Also, during my commute form house to school ill see some cops on patrol almost every time. So, safety in this area is really one of the best.
