I like the convenience of the location being close to highway 50 and Downtown Sacramento. However, the area needs some TLC. This is a more affordable place to live , but with that comes more crime here. Mail and package thefts as well as car break ins.

Rosemont is a growing area about fifteen minutes East of Midtown Sacramento. Rosemont has a healthy diversity and the homes are affordable although the costs are slowly rising as is it being rediscovered by young families. Rosemont is family friendly and I recommend it as a nice neighborhood to others.

Rosemont is a nice little neighborhood in Sacramento, California. it is closely located to the light rail (sacrament's public transit) as well as an elementary school and high school. There are several parks where I see children playing daily. In Sacramento the transient population is growing but there is little to no effect in Rosemont. The neighborhood is very clean and safe and whenever a house in the area is listed for sale it doesn't stay on the market for long.
