Located about 12 miles northwest of Downtown Detroit, the historic Rosedale Park neighborhood combines tree-lined suburban streets with a prime location close to the fun and action of a big city. Grand River Avenue runs diagonally through the neighborhood, connecting numerous residential streets with elegant houses from the 1910s and 1920s that have since been converted into rentals. The close location to Interstates 75 and 94 provides easy access to Detroit Metropolitan Airport to the south, and the bridge and tunnel to Canada to the east.
