Situated on the South Shore of Staten Island, Prince’s Bay is a peaceful neighborhood overlooking Raritan Bay. Prince’s Bay, often mispronounced as Princess Bay, contains an array of modern, spacious single-family homes and townhouses in a variety of architectural stylings.
Prince’s Bay is also home to the Seguine Mansion, a historic house turned museum with an equestrian center. Seguine Mansion is known for its many peacocks as well as its horses. Horseback riding and boating are popular pastimes in Prince’s Bay, in addition to frequenting local parks such as Wolf’s Pond Park, Lemon Creek Park, and Bloomingdale Park. Easy access to the Staten Island Railway and the Staten Island Ferry makes getting around from Prince’s Bay a breeze.

I moved here 4 years ago from Palm Springs California. It is a beautiful neighborhood where you get to know your neighbors, there are many local stores I am to walk to and the train and bus is within walking distance. I have really enjoyed living here. Beautiful suburban feel with the city within reach.
