Situated on the South Shore of Staten Island, Prince’s Bay is a peaceful neighborhood overlooking Raritan Bay. Prince’s Bay, often mispronounced as Princess Bay, contains an array of modern, spacious single-family homes and townhouses in a variety of architectural stylings.
Prince’s Bay is also home to the Seguine Mansion, a historic house turned museum with an equestrian center. Seguine Mansion is known for its many peacocks as well as its horses. Horseback riding and boating are popular pastimes in Prince’s Bay, in addition to frequenting local parks such as Wolf’s Pond Park, Lemon Creek Park, and Bloomingdale Park. I like that it's a short walk to get to the high school. I don't like that when it snows, the snow trucks don't come down my street to plow us out.
