Point Clear is a coastal community on Mobile Bay in southwest Alabama nearing the Gulf of Mexico. Located just 30 miles northwest of beachfront communities like Gulf Shores, residents of Point Clear can enjoy fun in the sun at any time. Although Point Clear is mainly residential, there are a few small businesses in town ranging from specialty shops to local restaurants. Houses in Point Clear are relatively upscale, but there are affordable options in town for renters. Point Clear is located directly south of the Fairhope Municipal Pier, where guests can enjoy fishing, bird watching, scenic views, and even a sandy shoreline.
