Pecan Park provides a quiet, rural setting just 14 miles north of Downtown Jacksonville. This attractive neighborhood features spacious homes for rent within an easy commute to downtown via I-95 as well as to the nearby Jacksonville International Airport. Be sure to check out the Pecan Park Flea and Farmers' Market, located off Pecan Park Road. This is one of Jacksonville's largest farmers' markets. It is a covered, open-air market complete with attractions that include bouncy houses for kids, a mini golf course, a food court, and the Beer Pond.
