It's perfectly centered around major cross-sections connecting you to every other part of the county. it's not too far south from Broward county where I work, and it's not for North from the Keys. The park around here are simply outstanding. A LOT less crime than where I used to live in North Miami and Allapattah.

Resident since 1991. Experienced five hurricanes with three of them (Andrew, Wilma, Irma) causing serious damage. Neighborhood is quick to help out each other after a major storm, so that part is good. Family-oriented town with local restaurants of diverse cuisine. We have a local library, multiple parks, a golf course, and schools ranging from Preschool to the 12th grade. Public transportation could be better, so bring a car or bike :)
