I like that Ellenton is a nice quiet and peaceful area in the middle of all the more busy areas like Bradenton or Sarasota. I do not like the fact, however, that the county is starting to expand Ellenton for new residents of Florida to live in which takes away from the quiet and quaint nature of Ellenton

I've been living in Ellenton for over a year now and I love it! It's quaint and affordable. Perfect for young couples.

I think Ellenton Florida is spectacular. I moved here from North Port Florida which is about an hour south. Ellenton is reasonably close to everything I.e. Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersberg and Tampa. Ellenton retains that small town feel while still having the convenience of a much bigger town/city. I would recommend Ellenton Florida to anyone.

There isn't much to do in Ellenton other than the outlet mall. It really isn't a town for the younger generation. However, it does have a low crime rate.
